My mother and sister just had horrible experience with racist staff acting as if they didn't understand her when she spoke perfect English both Ty and terry were both very awful in providing better customer service. They got someone who spoke Spanish when it wasn't needed. The employee was racist and acted like she didn't understand her and was just to lazy to do her job as well as the manager terry who ended understanding her perfectly when she actually spoke to her. Awful experience

Everyone there seems like it's the worst day of their entire life. They mess up orders all the time. For example they gave us 2 happy meals that were missing the hamburger. Check your order every time! Including looking inside the happy meal boxes.

I said "plain hamburgers" twice at the kiosk and then double checked it again when paying and the guy said yeah. Got home and the burgers were not plain. So obnoxious to pay to have food wrong and inedible! Check your food!! Tried to call to complain but no one answers the phone.
