I went through the drive-thru and arrived at the restaurant at 8:10 a.m. It is currently 8:32 a.m. and I have been sitting in reserve spot number one waiting for my food while watching more than 20 cars pull off from the window.

When I arrived here, I used the outside lane in the drive-through and three cars on the inside lane in front of me and then I had to circle around only to be told after I order my food to park and wait while my food is being made. Five cars in a row was sent to the drive-through Reserve parking. Why have I been waiting for 30 minutes? I’m still no food. This place is supposed to be fast food.

The order was rung up correctly but made incorrect. Took it back to window and it was incorrect once again. Then the 3rd time one order was missing an item. All food was lukewarm but was asked to be fresh. Manager was a little rude. I will never go back to that location

Pulled up at 11pm, says it closes at midnight. Employees were outside talking, no one would take my order. Ended up going to Papa John's. I just worked all day and haven't eaten. I just wanted a burger. Nothing else is open.

This is probably the most polite McDonald's that I have ever been to. Food was quick, fresh and the staff actually seemed like they appreciated my business which is so rare anymore. So refreshing.

If you don't believe it's possible for McDonalds to go downhill, visit this location. Absolutely filthy inside from the floors to the counters to the fountain drinks. No one care about being there or serving the customers. Disgraceful, even for McDonalds.
