But pull into the drive through at 10pm........sorry we are currently closed...as I see another vehicle attempt the same thing and employee peaking out the door as if to see how many ppl they just screwed. You know some people came to your business thinking it was open......because you said so. Snow storm aside this isn't the first time this has happened.

I'd go to a different location, I live close an go frequently, they always mess something up, ive had them give me the wrong order before, charged me wrong, try not too give me my receipt back, it's better too go too wendys!.....answer no thank you, im not filling out your customer service paperwork I don't work for your company an I've already done enough as a customer spending money.

Stars are based upon other McDonald's not fine dining. Large dining room with padded seats, accessible beverage machine and fast service. We used to take these features for granted but many local McDonald's don't offer them.

Itâs a shame that these employees are trained to avoid contact with anyone standing at front counter only focused on drive thru. I get itâs your money maker but u do have a dining room and counter. It should be just as important as drive thru

Fourth time here in two weeks each time Iâve had hair in my fries the first two were in person at the restaurant and they were rude and didnât want acknowledge it 3 times the same night it was hair in my food just ordered door dash and was eating fries and there was a long piece of hair in my basket of fries

Ordered McDouble. Was delivered with NO cheese. Took it back to the counter. They redelivered the same no cheese sandwich with a cold slice of cheese on it. Took it back once again. Staff heated it up and claimed they recooked it. Cheese still not entirely melted. Cold.
They stole from me. Couple weeks ago I went to pick up a mobile order- they refused to give me my food. They just kept saying it showed a different location on their end. And despite me showing them my app that showed this order, at this restaurant, they wouldnât give me any food. Sure took my money though. Iâve been trying to get my money back through customer support for a couple weeks now and they just keep telling me they will reach out to my local store- well this store wonât refund me $12.50 like they canât afford it. Itâs theft.

Sat in drive-thru for 20+ minutes because Google hasn't updated their Sunday times. This location apparently doesn't open until 6am on Sundays. Lady at the second window was super rude as hell when asking about the times and argued with me over the times

* AVOID THIS MCDONALDS!! *We ordered a 10 pc nugget combo meal, large and 2 med fries. Got home and there were only 7 nuggets in the 10 pc and all the fries weren't even halfway full. There werent even fries in the bottom of the bag. They were obviously too lazy to drop fries or nuggets. Never Again!
