This is one of the most unprofessional mcdonalds Ive ever had the displeasure of visiting. I visit our local mcDonalds about 3 times a week for breakfast and always order the same thing, its a very specific order because I use the app to get the most savings. For some reason at this location halfway through the order the woman taking my order started to argue with me about how I should be placing my order. I explained let me finish my order and when its done it will save me the most, she continued arguing with me to the point I asked for her name which she refused to provide, and I finally just left. I called in and requested a manager, the girl on the phone stated she was a manager but she was also very unprofessional, I believe it may have been the same woman. I then asked for the general managers contact information and that was refused also.

HORRIBLE SERVICE Every lady in there was rude I couldn’t get my mobile order picked up because of a radius issue when I done confirmed I was at the McDonald this is my first time there and last time I say that never received exspresso nor creamer sugar In my hot coffee nor caramel when I pay for extra Carmel I can’t get a refund because of the app 😂 I’m a general manager and all this mess was highly unnecessary and Unprofessional

I know you can’t expect much from a fast food place, however, it’s astonishing how this location manages to get it wrong every single time. Although convenient location, highly inconvenient when everything is wrong all the time. Ordered a plain cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger dressed like a Big Mac. Got a single cheeseburger with the double cheeseburger toppings and both tasted like they were made 3 days ago.

On March 28th 2025 at 1045 pm I went thru the drive thru and tried to order their 40 nuggets for 11.99 deal thar is posted on a huge sign I'm the front lobby window. The lady working said they didn't have anything like that. So I said hold on, drove around front rook a picture of the sign and went back to the drive thru and told her I'd like the 40 nuggets for 11.99 as advertised on the huge banner in the front window. She said she didn't know how to ring up that deal and that they were closing in 7 minutes did I want to order something else. I asked to speak to a shift lead or manager ,she said she was the only one working and I could come back tomorrow and order the nuggets. That's how McDonald's corporation treats their customers, you can't order the food you want now, come back tomorrow? Very unprofessional and rude, so we got taco bell . They were glad to take our money. I will be calling going to speak to the manager tomorrow to see how they are going to address this issue. I will also be posting their response to let everyone know just how McDonald's handles this situation. If it's not resolved tomorrow, I will contact corporate and we will go from their. This employee does not represent the McDonald's values that this company was founded on.
Glad y'all have the app it's amazing we save alot of money here and get free items I'd recommend their app to anyone trying to save money on food! It truly makes a difference. Thanks

They can't get drive thru orders correct at this location. #3 with a large coffee. If i ask for my crean and sugar in coffee they do them backwards almost every time. Second time in a row i asked for them on the side and both times they loaded the bag up. 20 of each this time. No napkins or my hash brown. Last time same thing but at least they gave me napkins that time.

My boyfriend orders a senior coffee to take to his father who is ill (which when I googled it says the person who is a senior does not have to be with you to order the senior coffee for them) My boyfriend was denied the senior coffee and was told not to return he would not be served at this McDonald's. He was also toad by the manager that if he did return they would call the police on him. My boyfriend is not trying to do this as a scam to save a few cents as he always rounds up for the Ronald McDonald House every time! Horrible customer service very rude and disrespectful and we will never use this McDonald's again.
