Had hair in my food no one wears hair nets or gloves while handling the food my big Mac had a middle bun as a bottom bun the general manager Carlos was very rude n pushed up on my whole a manager was handling my refund cause them to not even get the information to look up my order to give me the proper refund or to see if I wanted my food replaced this place is very unprofessional and I dnt eat McDonald's that much Im just pregnant and had a craving so I was very dissatisfied this all took place 7-1-25

The service here has gotten utterly ridiculous. I have NEVER had to pull up to the window so many times and the order either still be wrong or I have to go in because it never comes!!! I’m over it but it’s the closest to my home!!!!!

Ok! Wait! Mcdonalds missed one item on my order. BUT! I purchased a home in Hikes Point in 2017. This Mcdonalds was not the best at that time. The owners built a new Mcdonalds in 2022. I've patroned this Mcdonalds maybe 12 times since 2022 and they have been up to the Gold Standard since then. Extra sauce? They got it! Light ice? They got it! Drive thru employee? Nice & polite over the mic! They messed up tonight, once in 2 years. I called! I SPOKE TO THE OWNER, ON A TUESDAY NIGHT, AT 8 O'CLOCK! Need I say MOORE!!!! If you enjoy Mcdonalds! This is a Mcdonalds that in my opinion. Lives up to the consistency of the Gold Standard or lives up to the Gold Standard of Customer Service! FYI, the owner credited me a BicMac Mcchicken back for the mistake. Also, since 2022? The employees have never made a Opps, in two years. This Mcdonalds did not make a Opps this evening!!!! The employees & owner? Made a this location! An A+++

I was in this area briefly yesterday evening and stopped at this McDonald's location. I was so impressed with the great service I received. The manager (I assume) came to the counter with the best attitude. He was quick, proficient, and very friendly! I ordered food and coffee and he made sure it was brewed fresh for me which I appreciated. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant. Good service is rare, so I thank the management here for providing such a good example of what great service looks like.
