Don’t go in the drive-thru following rush hour. My fries & fish sandwich had definitely been sitting under the lights for a while. Waste of $10.

The guy that works the pay here window in the mornings is the worst employee there.
He's the sole reason why the drive thru is so backed up. Doesn't know how to multitask whatsoever. Has people wait for minutes. Unbelievable. He can't handle the fast paced environment. I pulled up behind a car at the drive thru line at 7:58. I still wasn't able to pay and it turned 8:13!

Too focused on the drive-thru; the customers in the dining room are ignored. I needed to eat-in and pay cash. No one was working the register. Someone finally took my order, but they failed to give/offer a receipt. I had no idea what my order # was! When my order came up, it was bagged like a takeout order. But . . . no straw for my orange juice. When I asked for a straw, the manager directed me to the dining room instead of simply handing me a straw. The manager also struggled to make change while attempting to help an elderly customer. The lack of professionalism has ensured I will not visit this location again!

Found hair in my McFlurry. Over the years the food safety standards here has gone down the drain. This is the second time that hair has been found. I threw the entire thing in the trash. I'm never going there or taking my kids there ever again.

I ordered through Uber eats. I live not even five minutes from this Mc Donald's. 5 minutes After I put my order in my food was done and picked up. I was first up to have my food dropped off. I received my food 10 minutes after I ordered it. Half my food wasn't in the bag, my meals were so cold and the fires were so cold they were hard. Oh and the number doesn't work for the store so you can't even call to talk to anyone. I'm furious. I spent $30 damn dollars for cold food and can't get any kind of refund. I'm pissed. This place and it's employees should be ashamed of themselves putting out unacceptable food to people who work hard for their money, or anyone for that matter. Absolutely pitiful.

Came to McDonald’s in Middletown in shelbyville road and placed an order through drive thru! Asked for #1 on breakfast menu with egg on the side! I have an allergy to egg. My orange juice was filled only a little half way over. I drove all the way home and found my breakfast was not correct as there was egg in my sandwich. When I came back I spoke to judy(black girl with braids in her hair and she had an AirPod in her ear. Breakfast was over so I just asked for my money back. She refused saying I didn’t have a receipt and bc I waited so long(drove home then back) she couldn’t do anything for me. She did offer me lunch but I didn’t want lunch. She also told me I should have checked my bag bc it was a rush hour. I’m on a time crunch too. She never apologized and I brought this to her attention and her response was, ma’am it’s the holiday season. So I’m guessing bc it’s the holiday season this makes the situation right. She told me several times, I just work here. I’m just a manager. This is far from leadership! She rolls her eyes like she doesn’t have time! I chose to spend my money here and she had zero customer service! This is unacceptable and I will not return to McDonald’s. Not if I’m spending my hard earned money to be treated this way! I tried to call several times and phones not working. She told me I would have to wait till the lines are up. So now I’m just without! I gave her my order back and got no refund so I will call my bank as this is fraudulent! There has to be accountability for these actions!

It was decent food for a quick and easy stop with kids who wanted to play at the play land. The food was put together a bit sloppily, but was good. The kids had fun on the Playland, but there were several fights over the one working computer gaming screen due to one screen being damaged and the other 2 not working at all. The kids had lots of fun and we enjoyed what we had despite the limitations.
