So unorganized. Always out of everything !! Took 15” for coffee! Just coffee !
I just left this place in the last 15 minutes... I have had some questionable and ridiculous experiences in different McDonald’s locations through the years but nope... no words. I walked in to this location this evening and I chose to go in because I had had such horrible experiences with your drive-through in the past. McDonald's at Dutchmans Lane has significantly improved over the past six months. The staff is courteous, friendly, efficient, and serves warm food. Meals are prepared quickly, even during lunch hour rushes. The manager was extremely helpful and nice and the food was fresh and hot. The counter gentleman was cordial. They have a low clept where people with disabilities can enter the restaurant with ease. Overall, this McDonald's location offers good food, quick service, and a pleasant experience.
