I had a terrible experience with the service at this location. I waited over 10 minutes for my order, and when I asked to speak with the manager, he was incredibly rude. His communication skills were poor, and he even accused me of lying about how long I had been waiting. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

The Big Mac was barely warm. I guess they just fixed them like that.fries were nice and hot. The counter gentleman was cordial.

I do not like how condiments are always in the center of the sandwich, making the edges of the sandwich bland. Every bite should be tasty. Not just the center. All McDonald's in Jefferson and Oldham county do this. I always have to ask for extra condiments to dress my own sandwich properly.
