I’m a regular and only review when I place is extremely good or extremely horrible. This location has been fine my whole life up until recently. The most incompetent staff. My tipping point was fighting me over a mobile order I had placed where I used reward points to get ice cream and a drink. That’s it. This caused so much commotion, they argued with ME about my order that I paid for. They had my name in the system. Fought me rudely for ten minutes when I was showing them proof of purchase on my phone. All they had to do was give me an ice cream cone and drink but even that had to be a whole ordeal. Also expect to pull up and wait in a parking spot and be forgotten about. This location is a disaster and actually did me a favor cause forget eating at any location ever this company blows

I had a terrible experience with the service at this location. I waited over 10 minutes for my order, and when I asked to speak with the manager, he was incredibly rude. His communication skills were poor, and he even accused me of lying about how long I had been waiting. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
