Ordered food through Uber. Driver waited 45 minutes on food only to be told they are closed now. This establishment is 24 hours. So now we wasted over an hour and have to wait to get reimbursed the money. I hope someone is held responsible for terrible service and poor planning.

I ordered my food thru door dash and when the dasher got there the restaurant said the had no order for me,I always order from another restaurants and this never happens, people working there just sound like they don’t want to work there,bunches of bad reviews and they still the same.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever! From 1 o’clock in the morning all the way to 5 o’clock in the morning they are not open; even the drive through & this is EVERY morning like this is so exhausting . & I know this because I live around the corner and I go there almost every day & they say they don’t start breakfast till 5 but they really don’t start until six. The people are rude and they’re always closed. Then imagine when you’ve waited til six just to hear them say give them another hour to start up! They’re lazy because everytime I go after they finally open around 7 ish; the food is nasty, hash browns ain’t cooked all the way, bread is stale and I wish I had pictures bc it be curly and straight hair on my food! I wish they would hire new people on third shift who is dedicated to their job!

I visited your location around 9:55 a.m. today for the first time as I was passing thru the area and had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The employee taking orders over the speaker was extremely rude — they barked at me to place my order, and the screen never displayed what I ordered. I waited for any acknowledgment i even spoke, but none came, so I eventually pulled forward in traffic. When I reached the window, I was asked if I had ordered and they listed off only my drinks I had ordered, not my food items, but my receipt showed everything as I requested.
The employee at the pickup window handed me my food without saying a word and walked away. Overall, the staff gave the impression that they hate their jobs and made no effort to provide even basic courtesy or customer service
