I placed an order for breakfast using the app. The order was placed during breakfast service hours and confirmed through the app. Money was deducted from my account. When I arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes later I was told my order was canceled and food thrown away. The manager said he can't help me because it was through the app and he wouldn't use the app. He could offer no solution and could not show me the order was canceled on his end. It still shows as an active order in the app. Apparently it's my job to figure this out and I have to call the help desk? I didn't know placing an order meant I was now an employee. Feel free to go behind the counter and do it yourself if you use the app. According to the manager at this location customers who use the app have to take care of things on their own. Be sure to tip yourself.

So this location is amazing, the app is bs. I was less than 1mile from the store and the app order to a store 4 miles away. So when I showed up it created confusion. Then I had to cancel the order and reorder but since I used points the point didn't reset and I had to pay more than I wanted to. Could not find the corporation location to review them. The store handle the situation with professionalism and kindness. I was really happy they helped navigate the app mess up.

Read receipts. We were charged a dollar more for no reason. Talked to staff member they looked up my receipt and said we see the additional charge but did not do anything for it. They were actually trying to fight back. Normal McDonald’s service overall.

Service was probably the best service I've been too, food was great, they gave me a large drink when I ordered a small drink, gave me free food like a free medium/small fry and the employees are really fun to socialize with.

The people in this location do not speak English well and will mess up your order and then try to blame you. The poor manager looks tried and I understand why. I would hate to have that rude staff working for me.
