It’s in a quarter pounder with cheese box with the right sticker but that’s not not what is inside the box. I should have checked before I drove off (because I’m not driving back in the snow) but I assumed it was correct based on outward appearance. Disappointed.

Went through the drive thru and had to park and wait for our order.After over 20 minutes of waiting for two sandwiches and one order of fries I went in to check on the order.After waiting for over 5 minutes for someone to talk to me..I had to ask the guy taking orders outside about my order...and go figure it had been sitting on the counter to be taken outside None of the food was even warm.I don't have high expectations from McDonald's but this is the worst one I have ever been to.I don't recommend it to anyone.Customer service and food quality both sucked

I've never had a bad experience at this McDonalds. The food comes out hot and fast. The dining room is always clean. But more important, the ladies bathroom is always clean.

pulled through the drive through and got a big mac meal and the number nine two cheeseburger meal…not only did the drive through line move incredibly slowly, but we were told to pull up and after 20 minutes of waiting wanted a refund only to find not one person inside either. There were at least ten cars all waiting on food as well for at least that long…

Always fast but orders aren't correct and always told to drive around..so timers on drive thru are down. So go windows. They don't ask me to park they ask to drive around ..so it's another car with low times. Wonder how much more manipulation works. Burger Kings are the worst for things .now mcds I managed mcds 5 years where i am from . I never thought these ideas. Man bonus checks would. Be good up Herr if they came off this type of timers

Wrostd. experience ever! They got my food wrong after repeated it various times. They got mad because they messed up my order and then made me wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes to get my money back in the food the over charged me for. Very rude and unprofessional.
Terrible service. Was in line trying to pay for kiosk order and manager took the first person then walked away and never came back. After standing there 10 minutes and she would look but never say I'll be right there we left. DON'T GO THERE

Any time I order anything from here, they take almost 15 minutes on average on a counter pickup order that's 1 or two items. I ordered a fry and a cup for a soda and i had several people order and leave without being helped to the point I had to demand my stuff. Isn't the point of a mobile app to make it so I dont have to talk to you to place the order? Why do I have to check in on the app if you won't make the order until I complain?
