Not sure what they are doing higher up but they need to deal with this store bad. Lol the workers dont even know how to get orders right. Waiting 45 mins for two snack wraps is insaine. Plus its really bad when a manager tells an employee to take peoples orders, then said employee tells them no and then walks around everyone to go to the reatroom. Its not worth paying $15 for a meal if the service and everything is going to be the worst

Absolute worst McDonald's in Louisville. Never answers the phone. Hires the worst people in the city to serve the public. Look how they cooked my burger last night. I would NOT come here to eat if you can avoid it

We walked in and the kiosk was not functioning well but no staff anywhere near the counter or even watching for customers. We finally found a kiosk that worked. Our food was brought to us but our order was wrong and fries were cold.....but employee had already made a beeline to the back. Dine in is no longer an option this McDonald's encourages. We will not be back.

I RECEIVED A #3 (BURGER, FRIES,DRINK.. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 5 MINS FOR RECEIPT... ALSO THE BURGER HAD TOP OF BUN NO BOTTOM AND WAS NOT FULLY DRESSED POOR SERVICE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NEED TO BE COMPENSATED

So the guy who took my order seemed to be mad that I was ordering? He was very rude. I redeemed a reward on the app for a free happy meal. And asked for extra fries. When I got the food I didn’t receive the extra fries. So that was missing.
