Staff is very rude and not the greatest of people linger around there. They keep the bathroom doors locked and if you have a backpack you are not allowed to go in. She expected me to leave it in the part where you come in and said it will be safe.. and if you know the area trust me it won't be safe. She said only college kids can go in there with their backpack and I was offended because I am a college student. I'm 35 years old but I decided to go back so the way they profile people is insane to me. McDonald's in Louisville and all of them on Broadway need to step their game up.

Mcdonalds food is never fresh anymore these days. You can tell its been sitting for awhile. The staff is extremely rude I when you order inside. I did a pick up and waited 20 minutes before a service member asked me what I was waiting on. The expected me to do their job by informing them that I am here. Im a regular they looked at me and knew who I was she was just so rude that she didn't care to serve me. Managers don't give 2 craps about how they treat the paying customers. Like goodness why work here if you don't want to treat the customers with respect. Especially if they haven't been rude to you at all. This business clearly doesn't care about what the reviews say or how the staff treats it's paying customers. Do better. I'll rather go to McDonald's in Portland where the food is good and service is great. This location is ridiculously disgusting and rude with no home traing or mannerisms
