Best experience this morning. Stopped to just get some breakfast for my granddad, but my 2yo cried and hollered for chicken nuggets. And they did make a kids meal for me. The ladies were so sweet about it. I didn't catch names but they made our day.

I ordered a Egg McMuffin and a large Carmel Frappe. The cheese was crusted on thr McMuffin and it simply didn't taste good. The Frappe had about 2 inches of black syrup in the bottom of the cup. I even tried mixing it and it was gross. When I took it back in the woman at the counter rolled her eyes. My replacement order wasnt as bad but it was not good either. Out of 3 McDonald's on Broadway you would think atleast 1 would be worth going too but they are not. Its sad. I really like McDonald's too. Smh in disappointment 😞

If you want the worse service try this McDonald’s- how could your day of wanting to order food turn so wrong -especially with food prices of today. One would think that businesses would not take anyone coming into their establishment for granted, with this economy. However obviously customer service & the importance of customers has Not been trained here..After paying for my order with my card- I pull forward a boy comes to the window & ask me to pull forward -ok no probl after noticing I was waiting for awhile I pull backwards & asked what was the hold, he said they are making it now, a few seconds later another head pops out & says I’m giving u your money back-they broke the frappe machine & no one told me -ok no probl -although no apology given …she proceeds to give me 5.04, I said umm all of money back-the rude manager (and of course no name given) says not with that attitude -slams the window -I’m sitting there like surely another manager will come to the window -no -I look up staff is bringing other cars out there food. ( shocked staff is running food outside )I go inside the fine manager points to the wall & tells me to call the number on the wall & her manager will give it to me.I told her I do not live in that area I want my money today. No foul language used or yelling-this fine manager points at the number on the wall again & said call the number or I can call the police & tell them I want you out of my store ( SHOCKED) wanting her to call the police because all I want is my money.. obviously this is the one training she took in -not CUSTOMER SERVICE .. I left of course and still waiting for the fine establishment to call me back ..How did a good day of just wanting to order food turn so wrong, what ever happened professionalism, apologies, give her back her money & let her be gone, what ever happened to good ole fashion customer service ..Think twice before eating here..

Got 2, $5 meals and they forgot both burgers. And forgot one fry so missing 3 items. This is exactly why we stopped wasting money here and going to the buffet.
Update: one item was completely wrong. Some poor kid just wanted his burger with no ketchup and no onions and we got that single burger instead of a McDouble with extra cheese we paid .70 cents for.
