They had me waiting at the intercom for almost 10 minutes, just to take the car that pulled into the other lane first. Finally got to the window, and my drinks weren't even right, which should have been a sign. I was gonna be late for work and neglected to check the bag. BIG MISTAKE. Luke warm fries, hard as brick nuggets, and the buns were just as hard. Had to call like 4 times to get someone on the phone, and she just hung up on me.

Mmm-mmmm-no. I ain’t trying to be a big back, but um I didn’t receive my four medium fries and a burger 🧍But that ain't me being big cuz I spent $30 and whatever cents and didn’t fully receive the meal I paid for… They had the audacity to tell us to call the uber driver ( we did delivery) when it ain’t their ( driver) fault cuz the bag we received from MCDONALD was fully sealed, so duh duh that’s a sign that it ain't the drivers fault . there is no way you mess up 7 burgers and 4 fries if its on the sticker,, and then the nerve to seal it knowing half of the stuff was never in the bag to start off with. THIS STORE NEED TO BE SHUT.

Manager very rude Didn't have a lock for my 🛴 she rudely came up to me while at the kiosk U can't bring that in here Has to be on bike rack not on the side walk either so I ate my food outside on the sidewalk in the cold Cashier got my order wrong also I started my order on the kiosk there went my coupon since I got kicked off the kiosk I didn't have 15 mins to wait so no coupon Not my first bad experience at this location but probably my last

Beware if you use the app and pay with a debit card. If they don't have the items you order they will keep your money. I have contacted corporate and was told to contact the restaurant, and they will NOT answer the phone. They took $10.37 and my points! I know for a fact that if the order is not picked up that it automatically goes back to your card. It was pending for 2 days while I tried to contact them, then it went thru so an employee stole my money!!! I had been using this app for years and will not give another penny to a restaurant that has to steal off of a so called valued customer!!!!!! This happened 11/24/24 at 6:41am!

If I could not give it even one star, I would do it third shift. They work poorly, they mistreat their customers and they have racism towards people who do not speak English well. I couldn't take a photo of the rude woman who served me at the window, which was offensive, but since I visited the place I take a photo every now and then, they should have more education when treating people, well, I don't like this place at all because of the way they treat you 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

We did ordered 24 pcs nut get and a Big Mac meal, they did not give us a drink. We call back she put us on hold for 20 minutes then hung up the phone. We call back the staff was yelling and hung up the phone again. Order # 1366

Tried a mobile order. They gave our order to someone else, so when we got there "we don't have it are you sure you placed it for here?" Took 10 minutes for r them to figure out it was gone. Another 20 to remake it and forgot a third of it. Won't be going back to this location.

Was in the middle of a review, praising whoever was on the phone w me, because the uber eats ticket didnt print and they helped. But HALF OF THE STUFF THATS ON THE RECIPT. ISNT IN THE BAG. LIKE WHY EVEN HELP, IF YOUR GOING TO MESS IT UP. MIGHT AS WELL OF JUST SAID "sorry just cancel it"
