I ordered a dulche de leche frappe and the lady at the window gave me a normal caramel I went in and the lady said “it’s literally the same damn thing without the pieces” and I said “ id like the pieces on it tho” and she said “you better drop the damn attitude of some toppings” turned to her coworker laughed and said “this dude really mad over some toppings” when I wasn’t even mad and I wasn’t even rude to her she was rude to me from the get go

Absolutely incompetent management. I placed an order with a manager and she charged me for two of everything and when I asked about it she got ignorant and said “she didn’t do it the computer did” she got even more ignorant when I tried to explain what she had done and just stared at me and then told me to stop looking at her and slammed the window closed. I tried to correct her error at the second window, but she was already being ignorant there. She definitely needs to be retrained. She finally gave me a full refund instead of just correcting her mistake and her and another worker yelled at me more and told me to leave

The worst thing was the tea had a horrible taste! I think it had cleaning fluid in it! And the lady told me they were out of ice. They are hard to understand with the language barrier. I was handed the wrong order and had to explain what my order was to get the correct one.
The lady here early this morning is the greatest. Store seems understaffed but she handles it very well. Most people would just walk out of a situation like that, gotta give her credit. Also, never had bad food from here, nor have I had to wait long.
