Placed order for pick up #5 waited 15-20 min, already paid. I had to leave could not wait any longer. No food, no service and it cost me $10+. Tried to call for a refund but they never answer phone.

Who ever was working the drive through on Sat 8/23 at 8:45 am, should find a new job. She did not say one word to me. Just handed my food and looked at me like I was the idiot. I get the quality of McD’s has gone down, but if you don’t like people, don’t work in customer service.

Every single aspect of ordering at this place went wrong. The didn't have the app working. They weren't doing a deal every other location in Lousiville was doing. They overcharged me and messed up my order. Just terrible all around.

Ordered a decaf and was told they didn’t have any more. We asked if they could make some or just didn’t have any. She came back said oh, we have some. Then, they handed us a coffee that was cold and obviously not fresh. It fell outside as my husband had it in his hand. That was probably good as I wasn’t going to drink an old, cold coffee anyway.

Got a mccrispy chicken 🐔 sandwich đŸ„Ș with no lettuce and tomato only pickle.
That was supposed to be on.The sandwich also received a mcflurry.Chloe, that was supposed to be the summores and got A.
Oreo mcflurry instead

One of my favorite visits to McDonalds. My order was taken as soon as I pulled to the speaker. My order was taken precisely. When I pulled to the payment windows, the girl was waiting and ran my card very quickly. At the order receipt window I was greeted by a lady who was very friendly. She read my order back to me, handed me my drinks in a tray which is rare without asking for one. She presented my food to me quickly, smiled and thanked me. I would say it was a perfect experience.

You pull me up to the second window so your drive thru times are good and other customers dont have to wait. I get it but why when you bring me my food it isn't hot. Cheese isn't even melting on the sandwhich. I got a large fry and the top was piping hot and other half of the fries was cold and hard. Consistency and quality matters. Unfortunately I'll be back but do better!

Waited over 30 minutes for a curbside order. Went to through drive thru because I needed to get back to work. Employee was extremely rude and told me my order had been canceled even though I received an email receipt and the app said my food was in progress. Employee then said she couldn't help me.
