One of my favorite visits to McDonalds. My order was taken as soon as I pulled to the speaker. My order was taken precisely. When I pulled to the payment windows, the girl was waiting and ran my card very quickly. At the order receipt window I was greeted by a lady who was very friendly. She read my order back to me, handed me my drinks in a tray which is rare without asking for one. She presented my food to me quickly, smiled and thanked me. I would say it was a perfect experience.

You pull me up to the second window so your drive thru times are good and other customers dont have to wait. I get it but why when you bring me my food it isn't hot. Cheese isn't even melting on the sandwhich. I got a large fry and the top was piping hot and other half of the fries was cold and hard. Consistency and quality matters. Unfortunately I'll be back but do better!

Waited over 30 minutes for a curbside order. Went to through drive thru because I needed to get back to work. Employee was extremely rude and told me my order had been canceled even though I received an email receipt and the app said my food was in progress. Employee then said she couldn't help me.

I’m sick of them ,I didn’t want onions on my burger and they thought they could be slick and put them on the bottom of the patty ALL the workers are the laziest group of people I’ve seen in a McDonald’s EVER I bet not catch any of them complaining about the amount of money they make they bet not ask for a raise, a promotion , a break NONE OF THAT, they deserve NOTHING start caring about y’all jobs and maybe y’all could get higher pay but I bet everyone KNOWS y’all need lower pay if anything .

By far best staff hired in by any owner in Louisville. Everyone from top to bottom is cool as a fan and no one that works there has anything less than love for place they work for and who they work for while they r on the clock the way they actually try to put in effort required to deal with busy times during lunch and after school rushes and are not only always friendly even during the roughest of times as far as being at capacity both dine in and drive thru, but also with other situations that may not have anything to do with the food exactly and those r definitely where this McDonald's location more than separates itself from every other one in the Ville. Really from any other fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life period. And that definitely speaks volumes about it's owner and employees. Foods always how it should be, service always is handled in friendly, kind manner, and building is clean along with restrooms up front. There's also an outside patio area up front with tables and chairs that offer outside dining or if u need to step out for a cigarette the windows in the front offer full view of entire dining room if u still have to keep an eye on her kids while being out front smoking so really all in all great place. Always my first choice if McDonald's crave starts to hit my stomach.
Parking: Plenty of spots always open. Wayyy more waiting to be filled up than there ever r in customers either already attending location or even along with any customers on way about to be attempting to find their own spots soon after as well
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, definitely wheelchair accessible with ramps on three different sides I believe.

Always double-check your order when you go to this McDonald's. They are always messing up. It's either a missing item or mixing your order with someone else. When they tell you to wait because they are making your order fresh, double even triple check the order

It's normally ALWAYS pretty cleaned up well. From the parking lot to the dining room and even the restrooms. I LOVE their slushies WHEN THEY ARE AVAILABLE. Which is one of the reasons I rated the service a 3of5. I don't usually eat the food my teenager does. However when I do it's McDonald's and nothing special however this location at breakfast time is amazing ? food hot and fresh and delicious as well as service being on point with my order and I could have 10 cars ahead of me at 8:30A. m.. but I'm ordered with food on my way in under 5mins. The parking is a lil weird but has a lot of it and perfect handicap parking spots as well.

Service was good communication good everything fine but the food. Food was kinda cold and taste like the buns and chicken were stale in my mcchicken and the lettuce looked old. I love hot and spicy Mcchickens but these literally taste old and freezer burnt stomach hurt eating them. Prolly won’t ever get em from this McDonalds anymore. Ignore the buffalo sauce ? but yea the patty u can see just looks hard the lettuce old and brown the patty can’t rlly see but it didn’t taste or feel warm and soft
