Oatmeal cold, orange juice hot. Is it opposite day? You have to ask for napkins and they are skimpy on them when you do get them.. no politeness today and hardly ever, grumpy lady. I didn't make the food and I'd like to get what I paid for with a smile.Is that too much to ask for?

I've been here twice recently and both times I was disappointed with the fries, first time cold and undercooked, second time hot but undercooked, this last visit I ordered the daily double add pickles, there wasn't a tomato on it which is the reason I ordered that sandwich, it was still good but I was just wishing it had the tomato on it.

We ate there. We put our own order in and someone brought it to the counter. We didn't have much interaction with the workers. Nobody greeted or took our order. We found a place to sit. The dining area was very clean & quite. When we finished we cleaned our table and left. I personally don't like the way they have it. Nut our food was hot.
Love to come here with my family.Dislike coming for breakfast and find the doors close "because they don't have enough workers"..

The person who told me I could actually have what I ordered was nice. HmmmThen I got out to the car to eat my food as they said one couldn’t eat inside right now. Then I had to move my car because they were getting a truck and apparently they needed the open spot I had parked.Then I tried to eat the apple pie the substituted for the cherry pie I ordered. See the photo. They don’t get much more dry than this pie. Ewww.Double cheese wasn’t this bad but obviously wasn’t fresh. Honestly I don’t know why I still try these places. :(. Guess I long for the days when I was a teen and these were actually decent places to grab some food. Not a place you stopped when you just really needed something. Sigh.

Wow. Man. I paid 5$ for a McChicken instead of a mcCrispy... I asked the lady to remake it because not only was it the wrong thing, it was soggy from sitting in a pouch... doesn't it usually come with a box??Also tried to get hired here, silly me thinking I could help make it better. Not only did I show up 2 different days in a week to have an "interview" and the Manager wasn't there both times. But in my email, I was scheduled for an interview. Then the next week they had only people who spoke Spanish in an orientation... like 8 people... I totally understand, if orientation was just full. But I showed up. And everytime since then, it seems they don't do customer service well.....
