At night, the service is absolutely absurd. This location needs serious help, or closure to fix their training issues.The owners need to re-train, or close this location for 3rd and 2nd shift training.

They didn't give me half of my order when I went back around they didn't want to fix it. Was very rude about me wearing a mask. Asked me to pull to the side and still did not give me my entire order.

This location is ridiculous went threw drive-thru ordered 2 new Bacon Cajun Ranch McCrispy Chicken large combos both chicken sandwiches were burnt crisp fries was cold. Went back into the lobby told them wanted new meals. While waiting I felt like I was being stalked by the employees like I did something wrong. Finally got our 2 new combos went out to leave and sure enough the chicken was burnt again and it was just plain chicken sandwiches not even what we ordered. Went back in and just asked for a refund. We will never go back to that location again .

Says online they're open 24 hrs. Get there at 310 am cars at the window. Man on speaker says they are not open, that they will be open in 30 minutes.

I was pleasantly surprised. Last night I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese and fries. I didn’t notice until I arrived home that I had been given another customer’s triple cheeseburger with ketchup only. The time was 1:15 am and I was not going back out to correct it. When I checked my email this morning I saw the order had been refunded to my card. I’m guessing the other customer went back for the correct sandwich and the crew realized the mistake.I’m very happy with the extra service provided.Update: The 1:00 am crew is always friendly and efficient. I enjoy visiting this location for a night time snack.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS MCDONALD'S UNTIL NEW MANAGEMENT IS IN PLACE AT NIGHT CUZ THE NIGHTTIME CREW IS TRASH....This is the worst McDonald's on this side of Westport. I'm not sure who runs this but the night time staff does not follow protocol for breakfast I came at 345 and was told they only serving breakfast it's the dead of night... what do u mean. I just drove off because I'm sick of it. They are literally all that's open on that side of town. It's ridiculous

Puller in to order through the drive thru and my whole experience was met with an attitude because I said one moment while I look at the menu then she proceeded to huff and puff and tell me I need to hurry they are getting more rude by the day and I'll make sure no more ford employees eat their either see how much service they get
