Food was good. Person who took our order and brought food was nice and courteous. But did not really appreciate the workers on breaks sitting in the dining room speaking Spanish loudly.

Stopped to get food on the way home from Horror Con and the service was so slow. We used the kiosk (we're both introverts) and then we sat down to wait with our little number. They never brought our food so my friend went up to the counter to get it after waiting a good while. We both had basic burgers so it wasn't like we were waiting on a quarter pounder to cook.

Every time I stop by this McDonald's I order sausage egg cheese bagel and they always give me a egg mcmuffin. You know if you don't understand English, you can't speak it, then get the hell out of America all you did is cost me more money and a huge inconvenience

They really cook a good breakfast. Biscuit with bacon and egg. If you ask for a rounded egg, you'll get a fresh egg, cooked. Great service and food 👍

It's just like any other technology you've been to it's hard to work. The new screens they have and the service seems to be horrible and nobody really takes care of the place and cleans it up.

We ordered mobile for counter pick up. On entry to the restaurant, we were never greeted. Our order was not completed when we arrived. Once our bag was packed, employees left our sitting on the back kitchen counter, not under heat lamps. I had ask someone for the food, and then wait for the drinks to be fixed. We both ordered Big Macs. His sandwich had almost no sauce on it, and mine had so much it was dripping off the sandwich. We switched one of the bun pieces to make the sandwiches better. Every table but one was dirty, and no one was cleaning.
Rude service. Visited twice last week. Both times rude. English seems to be a language no one speaks anymore? McDonald's is definitely a restaurant thay needs to be canceled and closed. Franchise has ruined what McDonald's was.

me and my husband ordered a large fri and 2 sweet teas and a large water, when we told this person our order she acted like she didn’t want to take our order and she didn’t want to work which i understand but if you don’t want to work then go home, anyway the tea tasted like normal just warmish but there was a horrible after taste i never tasted before, not only that but the fries was hard, mushy and cold, the only thing they got right was the large water not surprised knowing they are a 3.1 star
