Food was great once I got it. Used app as I always do...lady at first window super confused. Asked me if I had ordered on app, replied yes. She closed the window and never came back. When she finally surfaced...asked me if I needed anything??? Pulled up to 2nd window for them say they didn't have my order. Mgr had just came on, fixed it. All was good. Just HUGE loss of time for no reason.

Food is usually hot! Drive thru isn't a forever wait. Employees are decent nothing wows me about this establishment!
Most food is 40 cents higher then most other McDonald's.i mean I got a hash brown it was 2.40 an egg biscuit 2.40 other McDonald's same thing .40 cents cheaper.the people work there were nasty,just had a bad experience.

I recall during the Covid pandemic that this McDonald’s (along with many other restaurants) faced worker shortages. After a negative experience with service at that time, I took a break, but my return has been pleasant. I have experienced helpful and friendly service, a clean setting, and well-prepared food, including hot and crispy fries and a delicious Filet-o-Fish. Whatever they’re doing now, I hope they keep doing it.
