Breakfast Team is Wonderful! Friendly and Efficient. I always order Biscuits & Gravy with my Iced Coffee (French Vanilla). The Biscuits and Gravy are always delicious. They are my go to. Makes for a great day when I get my breakfast here.

i frequent this mcdonald’s after late nights at work when i haven’t been able to eat. generally have a good experience, but there’s a stark difference with kindness depending on what night i come and who is working. sometimes i’m not greeted at the speaker for a solid 3 or 4 minutes and then it’s “what do you want” which is kind of weird. last week i waited in line 30 minutes to get my mobile order, no big deal, they were very busy. but i got my food, and there was not a single piece of meat on any of my burgers, so i pulled back through (they only do DT at that time of night), waited another 30-40 minutes to get it corrected. i work in food service and i know things can get wacky. the guy at the window was very kind and apologetic, and told me he’d get a manager to talk to me (i didn’t ask for one), but then a few minutes later he handed me the remade order, which was great, but i thought it was weird that management left something like that to him because what if i wasn’t an understanding customer and he got yelled at for something he didn’t have control over? i mean, this was almost over an hour long experience, which is a LOT. once again i didn’t ask for a manager so like i wasn’t mad about that, i just thought it was weird and i don’t think employees should have to deal with situations like that in case it escalates. gotta protect them. not sure who the guy was that night, but he was very sweet and i appreciate him fixing my issue for me with genuine apologies. he’s a good one. just hope he has back up from the higher ups when he has guests that are not nice.

Big Mac was not only Lite Mac sauce and spicy McChicken was plain it was supposed be mayo only
We eat at too many different ones for me to give an accurate account, eat Mickey D'S only when you can get it fresh. Eat only as standard as possible, cause if you special or anything other than fresh as possible it's guaranteed to be screwed up. You don't got to believe. Just try it. I'm serious

While I am not one to complain often, the speed of the afternoon workers leaves room to be desired. They failed to get our order right and required us to remind them several times. Not to mention the slow service.

Like almost every fast food or restaurant in general in this area. Poor quality food, poor service, appearance of the food is always in question.

My order did take a little longer than usual, but I understand that sometimes it’s busy, but the customer service I had this night was one of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Everybody was so friendly, cheery, and happy and overall it was just an actual pleasing experience. I never thought that I would leave a review But this was just really outstanding customer service that I received and I did leave with a smile.
