Management there are rude and obviously liars. I asked for the orange boo bucket when he said their were none. I know for a fact their was since I seen someone walk out with one before I walked in. The valley station one is the worst one to go to. I would give it no stars but guess theirs no option for that.

I went in today and the cashier was having trouble with the online order. She called a male manager and I just commented that I don't understand what happened as I received confirmation from the app that it was good to go. He proceded to berate me and harass me and tell me to calm down. Surprising because I was just having a casual conversation. I asked why he was acting that way and he threatened to call the police. I asked if there was another manager and an older female said she couldn't do anything because he was also a manager. She refused to give the name of the guy who kept yelling from the kitchen in the middle of a meltdown. He gave me my 6 nuggets and told me to leave. This is not the first time I have been discriminated by white employees in this particular store.

This store continually gives me all ice when I order iced coffee through the app. After I drink the coffee the cup is still full of ice. The pics are after it had melted down some and it still has that much ice. I requested it be light ice when I picked it up in the drive thru and they seemed disgruntled and I had to wait several minutes for them to bring it out.
