Lady taking the orders in drive thru was extremely rude , cut the speaker off before I could finish ordering, got smart with me at the speaker and said when she feels the order is done being taken she bites off the speaker. Rushing taking the orders, fries were cold, burgers was incorrect, drinks were rang up wrong.

I can't believe Mrs. Maxine is still there!!! I used to work there some 20 years ago as a "blue shirt," it was the best McDonald's in Louisville then, and not much has changed. Very impressive!!!

They couldn't print me a receipt.Then they left the drinks out of my bag.They told me to wait and the front would print my receipt, never happened I left my food had gotten cold . Awful

Used to get pup cups all of the time suddenly they don’t have them and refuse to sell the whip cream as a side.. but if you add it to a frappe it costs extra? Poor management, poor training, and just plain rude about it. Also never good with giving the requested dipping sauces.
I am Cuban and very demanding when it comes to food. Esge MacDonald, I really liked it. They say "super nice" around here ?

Why does this store say 24 hours and then I pull up after work at 3:30am and she tells me they are closed til 4am for breakfast. Pretty sure 24 hrs is 24 hours!!!
