This is hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. Always short staffed and slow, with terrible service. This appears to be due to poor training from the manager and below. The owner should be ashamed to give this community or any other a business like this. I'm sure you won't miss my business, but the West End deserves better.

I went the Mc Donald in Portland today. The lady that waited was not polite. An I ordered bagel steak comb an biscuit an gravy an .y was horrible. The gravy was watery an my hash brown was cold as ice my bagel was hard as a brick. I definitely will not be going back. An sad thing about this I think the lady waited on me was a Manager.... This the date 02-12- 2025 y'all need to do better.

I ordered a quarter pounder meal and they gave me this old as sad burger with like 30 onions on it and cold ass fries I’m telling u this is crap iand unacceptable and waste of money I used to believe in McDonald after this meal presentation can’t anymore …..

I will say the morning time crew is killing it. Very nice and welcoming. However second shift is iffy. I'm not sure if they just hate their job maybe they need some incentive. What's wrong with second shift?

Hands down the worst excuse for service that I've had since the last time that I ate here. I will not be back and I warn anyone that does go here that it's gonna be a real test of your patience. Horrible. The inmates are definitely running this asylum. Something needs to be done. Rude, nasty people. I had to give one star but they should have not got any.
