Overall vibe is dystopian box. No service, no people in sight, self checkout on a screen. Smelled like the employees were smoking pot somewhere in the store. Food was not even warm. What a depressing place. First time, last time.

I've tried this location a few time and each time I'm waiting for someone to come out and point to where the camera is. This might be a test restaurant to see how poor of service you can give and still be profitable. This is worse than temu mcdonalds. Its actually almost woth a trip here just to see how insanely wrong this place is.

Awful service, have never been treated this poorly by any staff member of any fast food restaurant. it’s as if they want to get by doing less than the bare minimum of what’s required by their job then hope no one points it out. it’s worth going to any further mcdonald’s than this place if you don’t want to have to sit there for 30 minutes to try and get their attention to fix half your order they didn’t even care to ring up or do correctly.

I want to echo nearly everyone else’s experience with this particular store. You have to yell behind the counter to get a workers attention inside the store every time. The food is not always hot. They always forget the sauces you order in the bag. They sometimes forget drinks. Nearly every time I order a plain burger for my children, it’s wrong; they’ll put cheese on it or just make it regular.
Workers are often rude when you point out that they got your order wrong. This location is pretty awful.

Horrible service and rude manager! Gave me the wrong order and when I pointed out the error, the manager got defensive and blamed me instead. I could have stayed and argued but figured I would use that time to leave a review for others to learn from.

Worst customer service I have ever seen in a McDonald’s. Sat at the drive thru for several minutes and nobody ever waited on us. Same thing happened to the other car pulled up at the other drive through mic. Drove around and saw numerous employees standing around doing nothing but chatting on cell phones or wandering aimlessly, even though there were no customers inside. No, they weren’t closed. I went inside and ordered at a kiosk. Continued to wait a long time. Finally one employee took care of us. Seemingly he is the only one working. These owners need to fire a bunch of their night employees.

Definitely the consistently worst McDonald’s I’ve continued to go to since I live right here. Food so cold you think u will get food poisoning. Google says they are open app lets you order lights are on employees inside but no one comes to the drive through speaker. Google says it’s open 24/7 app thinks so as well. And mind u it’s 10:30 not a crazy time just getting off work.
Just got home and yet again my order was WRONG!!!! OMG!!! Ordered a McChicken sandwich and got a Double Cheeseburger. Ugh

Tried to order my meal and could not get my order completed. The individual barely spoke English and argued with me on what I ordered. I left and went elsewhere. If I need something quick I will try the Zaxby’s opening next door before this McDonald’s.
