I have Been to this McDonald about 8 times now because it’s close to me job and my order is always wrong I just don’t understand why I can never get what I pay for

This location alone is what really makes Ronald McDonald look like a clown. I've done the drive-thru, carry-out, all the delivery services, dine-in...don't waste your time, drive right past this place and go to Burger King (or Wendy's).

Not friendly at all. Just talking to each other. Got my order wrong. And when I told them, no apologies or anything.
The workers speak little English. And they are on their phone either texting or on a literal phone call while passing you your food. The one had the never to look at me like IM interrupting HIS call. It’s is unprofessional! I also do not trust passing my credit card and having them hold it extendedly knowing they have their phones out. That has happened as well. Some of them also creep me out, as a female customer. Also, on multiple occasions I have ordered nuggets and was given zero sauce. Don’t bother asking what kind I want if you’re not going to give it! This location needs a serious service revamp. The other fast food restaurants in the area have good service why not this place?

This drive-thru is presently not open 24 hours as of 4:27 a.m. Friday August 29th !!!! This is the second consecutive location I visited that said it was open on Google 24 hours and it is not true !!!!!!

Not only did they ask what we wanted then told is to give them a minute mid order they preceded to take the order of the car in the other line that has gotten there a few minutes after. They got the burgers wrong in both orders, had an attitude when we told them they didn’t give us a second order. It’s also the fact that the young boy cooking had to leave the fryers to come fix the food. Do not spend your money here!

It was a awful experience. I will not be coming back to this location as i know for a fact i can get better service elsewhere. The manager is awful as she does not do her job and does not want to deal with you. We got most of the food but they forget to get me mine and we had to go back and get it they where not happy about it. they also didn't give me my collectors item ether. I thought it was because of not getting the food but no they still didn't give it to me the second time i went in. dont go here its awful in every way. your Also lucky to get hot food or all of it.
