I have always had a great experience at the Broadway McDonalds! Their staff is always pleasant and they move the line along very quickly! My flood has always been hot and fresh! I noticed this week they are trying out some new drive thru strategies to move people along even faster! Thank you to all the hard working staff members there!
The McDonald's at 28th and Broadway here in Louisville Ky was disappointing. My order was wrong, food wasn't even hot. i was told i had to use the kioski in the front bc there wasn't anyone able to take my order. i absolutely will not return to this McDonald's location. Very disappointed.
