Where to start with this place lol! Manager more concerned with smoke breaks than taking care of business. Never enough help and more concerned with the drive thru than the customers inside. Dirty tables and floors. On and on and on. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I've never had 10/10 experience at this location.The crew members as well as the shift managers.They act like you're inconveniencing them when you're asking for the food you spent money to be corrected.3rd shift used to be the best shift to deal w/ but now it's.I went to this location due to the convenience of its location and the fact it was one of the closest to where I reside but I'd rather drive 3-5 miles out just to receive better service.

Absolute best managed and friendliest Mc.Donalds I've ever patronized. This store is busy around the clock, and no matter how far back the drive-through is, I've never waited longer than 8 to 10 minutes. I will go out of my way and pass up 3 other locations just to come to this well-oiled machine. Hands down, this store deserves 10 stars.Fyi, the one down on Broadway is the worst store in the world. I literally saw them beat up a homeless person and take his cell phone. When i confronted the staff about it, i was told by the hateful manager, and i quote, "we can beat him up again." i was floored by the response. All the guy wanted was a glass of water because he was starting to have a diabetic attack, and they beat him up. I put the guy in my truck with the A/C on full blast and let him rest and got him so e food and drinks till the attack was over. The Broadway location, hands down, gets a big fat zero stars. That's being too kind for the incedent i witnessed.

My food was hot and fresh either morning or lunch menu every time. My only complaint is they expect you to use the kiosk, you will be left standing up front for 5 min before anyone takes your order. Drive thru had no issue, just check for side stuff like extra tartar, or extra big mac sauce, will either be too little of or it's all on the wrapper of your burger not on itKid-friendliness: There is a children's park right next to this location, it's usually very clean there.Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 ramps, for entry or exiting up front and on the side, also there are tables that are hight appropriate for those who have wheelchairs.

Order kerwin frost box and double cheeseburger. Ask to go to lane 1 to wait for it. Waited about 5 minutes. Got it and went home. Everything was cold, fries were everywhere and cold, nuggets cold and to make everything else worse. No mcnugget buddies. So done with this McDonald's.
