Staff has zero clue what is going on around them. Multiple people ignored at the front counter, incorrect orders, missing food, customers are clearly an inconvenience for the workers. Overall rude staff & lacking customer service.

This location advertises 24 hours, but when I arrived last night at midnight after work, they were closed. Lights were on, drinks were on one of the dining room tables, but nobody was answering the drive thru. I would’ve appreciated a sign or something to let us know y’all were closed.

Stopped at this McDonald’s and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at the chain. I ordered a simple breakfast — biscuits and gravy, hash brown and a coffee. When I asked for ketchup, they tried to charge me 25 cents per packet! I’ve never had to pay for ketchup anywhere else, so I just went without it.
Then, I got my coffee and realized they didn’t even add the cream and sugar I asked for. It’s not a complicated order, but it seemed like no one cared to get it right. Between the nickel-and-diming for condiments and the lack of attention to basic requests, this location really needs better customer service training. Definitely won’t be stopping here again anytime soon.

The price was $12 2 weeks ago. Now it's $16. I'm about done with McDonald's all together. Their portion shrunk and prices went up.
Tracey is awesome!! I always see her when I get a pickup order and she always has the BEST attitude and she’s always dressed fabulous!! She deserves a raise!! :-)

This location allows all their employees to park in the handicap parking spaces even though they are not handicapped. It’s more about their convenience to keep the employees happy rather than obeying the law.

My order has to be rung up at a register. The manager and the employee refused to ring me up at the counter because they need to get points to for us to use the self serve kiosk. An older gentleman came in and left because they wanted to do the same thing and he refused. The manger and employees then said some things about this customer as he was leaving. He was not rude just wanted to place his order at the counter. My food was made correctly after husband made sure everyone in the back knew.
