went there 2 weeks ago and they forgot to give me my quarter pounder. when I called they said I could come back. There was no way after working 10 hours, picking up my 3 kids, waiting in line and rush hour traffic. Today went again and got to the pick up window and they have no clue what anyone ordered. I should’ve known then. Got home and missing my kids cheeseburger and chicken sandwich. They have no business sense. Customer communication is also subpar.

Absolutely worst McDonald's ever. Employees on the phone and confused the orders up. Don't stop here unless you wanna wait for a mess up order. Ordered 2 cheeseburger meals for them to ask Me if I actually paid for my order after getting to the second window. Very unprofessional staff.

I ordered my meal online, they gave me order to someone else, then told me in store it was cancelled. I have nothing reporting to me it was cancelled, refused to remake the food, and or refund me. So happy I spent my time before work trying to feed myself and family for my food and money just to disappear. I'll never be back.

Definitely the worst McDonald’s in Louisville. They forget about your mobile order then the manager doesn’t even want to help. Just do yourself a favor drive a little bit farther go to the McDonalds off U of L campus.
