Worst McDonald’s ever need to hire new people stop hiring kids that don’t know what there doing or train them longer this Location really needs to step up Because this is ridiculous they always make the food wrong the ice vanilla coffee be way too sweet not even made right I don’t even order what I pacifically want because I know for a fact, they will not get it right

I don't know no what happened but this is not the Mickey Des that I grew up with. Every time I get a burger it's Luke warm and the burger taste like card board the cheese on it is still in a square, and don't let me tell you about the frys. They are all about two stars.

Why bring the monopoly thing back when the workers are just keeping the game pieces again.. smh. Funny how they keep messing the order up at Taylor location and giving you a different wrapper. Then the attitude starts. I'm done with Taylor. Has to be one of the worse locations in Louisville.

The kiosk was out of paper and also couldn't process card payment so had to go to the counter which was no big deal. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. You would think that when you walk in tou would smell fries..burgers..ect.. But NO... the only thing I could smell was Marijuana! Which gave me and my son a headache. Just another location I won't return to.
