Let’s start with atmosphere. It was well kept with nice decor but I wouldn’t consider it fancy. We ordered the lebnah, liver mousse, and tuna tar tar. The mousse was the clear favorite out of the 3 amongst us. The tar tar was a bit over seasoned with chili or cumin. For the main, we got chicken shawarma and lamb meguez. They were quality and well cooked, but lacking that pop for the price. Overall, I would recommend this place to friends and family for its variety and ethnic background. However, it is a bit pricey.

I have nothing but praise for Meesh Meesh after our dinner reservation last night!!! I wanted to go for my birthday back in August but couldn’t get a reservation until October. My husband and I absolutely fell in love & will be repeat customers for as long as Meesh Meesh is open! Our waiter Colton was INCREDIBLE, the food was one of the best meals we had both ever had & the price for everything was very reasonable. I’m counting down the days until our next reservation. ??

Parking: We did struggle a bit to find parking in NULU, which is normal. Might have been a busier night that we went.

This is a place I’ve been to multiple times and love eating at. The chicken shawarma and steak is to die for. My mom got the eggplant entree but didn’t like it very much. This is a great date night spot!

So many people asked us if we had eaten here that we had to check it out! While we wish we had chosen something else for our main dish (we got the chicken but wish we had gotten the fish), the food was so different than many restaurants in Louisville that it was overall a really great and interesting experience. All the main dishes come with a platter of sides/dips for bread and rice. The beets in particular were tasty. It’s a lot of food! As two people, you can easily share a main dish and a couple of appetizers. I highly recommend the cauliflower. My boyfriend got the Mojito and said it was really good!

This place has the best food in Louisville, hands down. Kind and knowledgeable staff, super eclectic wine list that will please even the biggest wine geeks.
1 pescatarian, 2 vegans, and 1 omnivore in our party, and everyone found plenty to enjoy on the menu.

Vegetarian options: Lots of appetizer, entrees, salatim, and desserts vegetarian and many vegan.

Dietary restrictions: Super accommodating with lots of vegan and vegetarian options!

You won't regret a meal at MeeshMeesh! The staff went over and above to make sure we were comfortable (we asked to adjust the air conditioning on a steamy evening) and provide recommendations of food and drink. The food was amazing - the cauliflower appetizer was a group favorite - and great for sharing. The atmosphere was cozy and buzzing on a Friday night - perfect for a date night or night out with friends. Do make a reservation if you can get one!
