I got the cuban sandwich. It was one of the best I've had. I've tried places from key west, Tampa, Miami to NY. The bread was excellent. The pork was perfect, tender, tasty not fatty. Cheese on point. She knows what she's doing.
Food is amazing. Atmosphere is appropriate for the type of place it is. You order at the window inside and watch them scoop deliciousness into the styrofoam container. I have always ordered To Go since I always have leftovers. Service was also top notch. He was helpful when I had questions. It has a new name. El Cimarron.
Went on a whim for lunch. It's a very unassuming restaurant. They have everything prepared and you order rice, a meat and a side. The portions are huge and my partner and I split a plate. Starts with a heaping pile of rice (we chose cilantro. I plan to try the yellow next time). This gets topped with your meat option, we went with the bone in lamb that was so tender and flavorful.
