Milano Italian Restaurant

An hour and ten minutes after we ordered, they claimed they never got it from their service, Slice. Slice confirmed the order was sent over and accepted. Milanos miraculously then claims they have it but said the driver left. The poor driver called us, he's actually still there but now stuck with an order that won't cancel on his end. Milanos generally didn't seem to give a $#!+ either way! They were absolutely not helpful at all. We will have to reconsider ordering through them in the future!

Milanos has excellent food and service. The entrees are full of robust flavors and savory ingredients. The calzones and cheese bread are the best I’ve had. The menu has many options making it hard to choose an entree.
Milanos offers catering, family size dishes and large portions leaving leftovers for the next day. Truly the best Italian food in Louisville and one of my favorite restaurants.

Great, old school, Italian family, restaurant. Very reasonable prices. Food has always been good. Just wish they were here in Jtown.

The food is great. They have many options so there is always something new to try. Delicious complementary bread with sauce is 10/10. The atmosphere is romantic. Twinkly lights, pretty decor and (usually) lovely classical music. Great date spot.

First time eating here. Very happy with choosing to eat at Milano. Their calzones were so good. Huge with lots of fillings.

We had dinner here tonight and it was absolutely phenomenal. It was some of the best Italian food we’ve ever eaten, and the portions were huge.
The bread was fantastic, the salads were fresh & tasty, and the fettuccine, ziti & baked spaghetti were delicious. Our service was incredible too. We will definitely be back!

Ordered backed Spaghetti with meat sauce and it tasted like generic sauce. The Spaghetti wasn’t even baked. Asked the survey if they baked it and he said the put cheese on it and place it in oven. Hometown pizza baked spaghetti was way better than this place. The service was terrible too. We won’t be back.

Excellent Italian Restaurantin Louisville! The food was delicious. The portions were large and the prices are very reasonable. This place is so much better than the big chain Italian restaurants! I will definitely return next time I'm in Louisville.

I really didn't care for the food at all. I got lasagna which was like two lasagna noodles slapped together with meat sauce. The meat sauce was basically ground hamburger with some tomato sauce on it. And then I had some spaghetti which wasn't worth it at all
