I haven’t been here in probably 10 years. I always remember how good the fish was, thick onion rings. Always good.
Tonight I finally stopped, ordered a fish dinner for 14.99. They asked if I wanted the bread, I said no. They asked if I wanted fries or onion rings, I asked them to split it, a little of both. The girl said then I wouldn’t get the coleslaw, I said okay.
When I got the order and opened it later, after she checked it at the window, no fries, about 5 scrawny over cooked onion rings, two small filets, thrown in the paper boat.
I don’t know why I was paying full price when the bread, slaw and fries were removed.
Lesson learned.

Ordered Moby Dick for my family — 3 meals and some sides. The young man at the drive-thru was extremely unfriendly, unhelpful, and rushed while taking my order. I ended up not receiving one of my meals. When I went inside to tell him, he completely ignored me. Thankfully, the cook stepped in, asked what I needed, and made sure I got it right away.

A young lady bagging the food asked if I needed anything else, and I said tartar sauce — but she didn’t even put any in the bag. Overall, this was a very poor experience. Where is the manager? They need to be hiring and training better staff.

Out of all the "fast food" fish places, this one is the best! Personally, I order the Fish and Clams when I go, you dont have to order that but you're also entitled to have a wrong opinion of the best thing to eat, Perfect place for a 3rd date, would willingly fight a goose in the parking lot to get inside if I had to, inside its exactly what you would expect... old people taking up all the tables like some sort of early dinner club, I believe I was the only person not wearing geriatric tennis shoes out of all of my visits there. I feel like the restaurant is slightly misleading because they dont actually have whale on the menu, it seems like basic white fish, the same as the old people inside (basic and white). Overall have went, have returned and Lord willing will return again.

The fish sandwich was great. More like a fish sandwich and an extra fish fillet. I got the whale combo with onion rings. It’s was 15 bucks but you get a lot of food for the money. Hush puppies were dry but that fish sandwich is on point. If I go back I’ll probably just get the sandwich.

Please let me know if I'm wrong with this review, but I feel the service, especially, was really bad.

I went through the drive-through and ordered to "Whale of a Sandwich." It took probably 10 minutes to get my order, and when I did, there were two pieces of bread, 3 pieces of fish, fries, and 5 packets of tartar sauce, all just thrown in the bag. The sandwich was not in its own wrapper or even put together. Is it wrong for me to expect the sandwich to actually be made when I order it? The lady that took the order and the teen that put it together seemed to have no clue what to do.

The fish easily competes with much higher priced restaurants, and the sides are very good. It's a fast food place, so not much you can say about the atmosphere.

Ask for tartar sauce and ketchup only got tartar sauce other than that it was good
