Moe's Southwest Grill

Place used to be one of my favorite places to frequent . Than they decide to do away with customer friendly service , and quality food . The food used to be very fresh and high quality in comparisons to competitors .
Last visit was absolutely terrible . Cold chicken on my burrito, no friendly vibes , and just left me not wanting to visit again !
I may try another location to see if outcomes different !

Food was good, but got my order wrong. Attention to detail is lacking. An older employee was angry and made a line of people move.

MANAGEMENT, Please require your staff to change gloves between tasks (food prep, cashier, cleaning).Also,  Instead of staff placing their unchanged/dirty gloves directly into toppings such as lettuce, cheese, olives, or jalapeños, etc., can they use serving utensils kept in clean, dry holders until needed?? CUSTOMERS,  If you see a staff member handling YOUR FOOD without changing gloves, respectfully ask them to change gloves—this protects you and others from illness.

Tofu is on the menu, but they never have it ready to order. And when I asked for it, they say they are all out. It's ridiculous because tofu is the easiest to prep.

It has been awhile since I been to moes. It is not like it used to be. You get a small amount of food in you bowl or burrito. The service was very rude. The food does not taste the same. guacamole is like baby food. I do not know what has change from 2 years ago to now. Not going back again. The price is over expensive. 60 for 4 meals for the amount of food you get.

Workers were super nice and the food at moes is always good. Every machine was broken when I went. Even though I bought a drink every soda was straight carbonation. Still worth it though.

My first thought…did this place change ownership? I’ve been eating here for years but now something is different…

Tables are wobbly, place smells of super strong cleaning agents.

Tea was not normal - and Moe’s has always had great, consistent iced tea.

Then, at 6 pm, I only get the scraps from the bottom of the pico pan. I asked for fresh and they said, sorry…we’re all out.

First time at Moe’s since 2022 and wow I’m disappointed. No Moe’s Monday at this location?! I spent 20 mins on the app, but gave up because there was no reward. Then I go to the store and ask 4 times at checkout if they can apply the Moe’s Monday price, but I received a blank stare and I was told to scan my app. I received no discount and paid $11 for an average burrito. They had 5 spanish fellows yappin up a storm while an older lady manned the cashier. She conveniently disappeared when I got to the checkout. Thx for ruining the 1 decent thing left about Moe’s. This will be my only visit.

Gross!! Drinks were all flat, sweet tea and unsweetened tea mislabeled. Lettuce brown, chips stale. Hot food items were cold, no soap in women's bathroom...don't know how the employees can properly wash their hands. Haven't eaten here in a while. It's really gone down hill. Spent $32 for 2 meals. What a waste. Going back to Salsarita's!!!
