We were guests at the Tempo and came down to order food a half hour before the kitchen closed.... they have signs everywhere saying they were open till 10. The guy was super kind took our order everything Went well. Then the lady bar tender proceeded to shame us for taking her way from the guests to cook because their cook had left. If it had been an issue we would have walked somewhere else quitely and not been upset. But to order then wait 25 plus minutes for our food and hear her complaining in a super loud volume to all of the lobby. It was embarrassing and we didn't even want to sit and eat after she had shamed us to all the guest around us. Just because she couldn't socialize with them. The other guy was able to bartend just fine. No one waited for a drink. Worst dining experience I've had.
Stopped by for a cup of coffee. Very friendly barista and good quality coffee.
Wanted a breakfast burrito but they were out of tortilla wraps and didn't have any avocado toast. This was at 8:30 in the morning!

Hotel based coffee bar with basics for a quick breakfast and good coffee. Avocado smash toast was quite good with or without the poached egg.

I love this coffee shop, and I come here almost daily. The staff and mangers are so sweet. They have a mid-range of products. I would love for them to expand in flavors. I hope one day they begin to offer Wi-Fi. They have delicious food and will go above and beyond to fix any wrong orders (which has only happened once out of the gazillions of times I have ordered). It is in a hotel so there will be people coming in and out, but that is no different than any other cafe. The decor is beautiful, and it has comfy chairs. I would say check it out! My favorite is the oat milk Matcha with vanilla and honey.

The staff is so kind! Great baristas every morning! I love their coffees and am drinking my way through their menu each stay! Food for breakfast is a bit overpriced, but it’s at a price point you would expect for an elevated Hilton hotel.
