As a first-time customer, my son and I took Frank’s recommendation behind the counter and tried the beef brisket sandwich. It was nothing short of amazing! The deli’s hometown feel and the cozy window seat where we watched the passing traffic added to the experience. I highly recommend Morris Deli to anyone looking for a memorable sandwich and a welcoming atmosphere.
Catered our wedding, the bar service was amazing. The food, not so. Filet mignon was gray and tough, was supposed to have demiglaze, if it did, it was minimal. Chicken was dry, even the sauce could not save it. Vegetarian entree was wonderful.
One thing all guests agreed on was the food was not good, the bar service and wait staff were great.
Went there with my boyfriend yesterday. It was mentioned in a Jack Harlow song and there was plenty of people there in such a small space so we wanted to see what the hype was about. We got our sandwiches and the macaroni salad. My sandwich was okay, I could have made it home. The Mac salad didn’t taste like…well anything. We added salt and pepper and it still had no taste. All in all, the food was pretty mid.
