Atmosphere and service are great! Steak and lobster were also great! It's a little pricey, and some of the appetizers were sub par (shrimp cocktail and crab cake). But, I will definitely eat there again.

I'm very tired of lack of lactose, dairy-free options and this restaurant was no exception. Almost 30% of Americans have some lactose intolerance. My steak was dry since all are normally drowned in butter and cream. No dessert option and only 1 side that I could order...Ugh. I was told the sides are all made ahead. I expect more. I do great things at home with plant butter and non dairy creams. Geez.

Upon arrival, I was well greated and my table had a birthday card and decorations on it as they were made aware it was the reason for our reservation. It was a well thought out experience.

I just have to get right into the good news : litterally the best New York Strip Steak I have even eaten. I chose the black truffle butter to accompany the steak and it was just amazing. Cooked to perfection, seasoned perfectly.

I had burbon (mid range choice im not a millionnaire) and it was great discovering local burbon in the region of Kentucky. The waiter was really good at his job.

The chocolate desert you see in the pictures is made from scratch when you order it (it takes about 20 minutes to make once ordered) but it is worth it. the sauce that accompanies the cheesecake had a hint of burbon as well which was a nice touch. I could talk more but everything was good so I litterally don't have much more to say other than praises for this place. ratings should be higher.

oh almost forgot. they make a fresh loaf of bread as you can see in one of the pictures. arrives hot and delicious.

Concept of the place is you have a plate with your meat on it and you order sides that they put in the middle of the table to share with others.

From the moment you walk into Morton’s and walk down the stairs into their main dining area, you are captivated by the smell of a perfectly seasoned and seared steak. Morton’s steakhouse knows what they are doing and does it well. They don’t recreate the meal wheel, they perfect it. The lobster mac and cheese would be enticing enough, but they have more than just delicious main courses available. The cocktail list is adventurous and fun, with a twist on traditional delights (one of my favorites involved bacon). And don’t get me started on dessert. I will return!

Went to Morton's last night before attending a play at Center of the Arts. Entire staff worked to get our food out on time so we could make the performance. We both had steak filets that were extremely tender and mouth watering Shared a side of scalloped potatoes and creamed spinach. We enjoyed our meals and will return. Attention to detail was highly prevalent.

Love the Option of Bar Bites during Happy Hour prior to the Theatre in Louisville. Just a few blocks away and always accommodating to Theatre guests. Our group of six tried the Onion Rings for the First Time and these Rings were fired to perfection, large and outstanding. Go allow great with a Filet or the Filet Sliders. Also do not miss out on the Drink Specials or the Parmesan Truffle Stick Fries! Alex our Bar Tender and Waiter was on always tending to any need and ensure our meals came out Hot and on time.
