We made reservations for our 8th Wedding Anniversary, and it was very disappointing to say the least. From steaks not being cooked properly the first or second or third times, to uncomfortable interactions from and between the kitchen staff and servers (as we were seated right beside the open kitchen), our experience was less than memorable. This was our first experience here and will not be returning for a very overpriced meal and less than appealing ambiance.

First time to restaurant. Overall, excellent impression of location, dining area, and quality of service from staff. Reservation, so seated immediately on entry. Food order was taken and brought out in timely fashion. Steaks were cooked to customer's order and sides were very good and presented well. Two in our party - one had some issue with his steak (rib-eye). Was a little tough and not as easy to cut as would have expected. Cut of the steak was little below what I would have expected. Sides - fries and potato dish were excellent. Order of cocktail (an old fashioned) was excellent and prepared to my satisfaction. Service from our waiter was impeccable. Very pleased with attention and taking are of our needs. Definitely Morton's will be in my top 10 list of steakhouses to consider again in the future.

We had a very enjoyable dining experience at Morton's Steakhouse. Food was excellent, our steaks were done to perfection and the service was great. Aaron took good care of us to make sure that we had everything we needed.

It was fabulous! Great graduation family dinner. I'm picky with my steaks but the med-rare was perfect inside, I just simply asked for a more pan seared rather than grilled crisp on the outside, but many people adore. Apps were good, sides just ok, but overall 4/5 stars. Even when busy, the server kept up with everything!

We drove from the Indy area and decided to grab dinner from Morton's since the Indy location closed and it was a favorite of ours. Definitely not anymore after this experience. I ordered online for a to-go order, and when we arrived, my husband was told they had just received the order, which was placed almost 2 hours in advance, but they would get it ready as soon as possible. No big deal, we were about 10 minutes early. My husband returned to the restaurant to pick up the food and was told yes, everything was in the bag, including utensils. Utensils were essential as we were headed to our hotel. When he arrived to our truck, I checked the bag and it was missing the desserts and the utensils. He went back into the restaurant (3rd trip in at this point, which we requested curbside & tipped for online however they apparently don't offer this anymore-so unsure where the tip I left went, because the person responsible for fulfilling our order didn't make sure it was done correctly) and told the person we were missing desserts and utensils which he had in a matter of fact way told my husband they were in the original bag. He retrieved the desserts and included 17 sets of to-go utensils being an unprofessional smart ass. Fast forward to arriving to our hotel. The steak was ordered to be cooked medium and was rare. We had also asked for it to be cut in half, which wasn't done either, that detail we can actually look past. The horseradish mashed potatoes had good flavor, but were so dry and had more of an instant mashed potatoes texture. The lobster macaroni & cheese and the desserts were great, only reason this review deserved any stars honestly. The food and service were terrible for $200. Thank you for single handedly ruining Morton's for myself and my husband, we will gladly take our money elsewhere when visiting the area.

We had not dined at Morton's for quite a while, but we were glad to be back. We dined in the bar area and watched some of the football game. The cocktails were outstanding, as was our appetizer and our entrée. The only thing that could have been better is our server was not very attentive. We would have had an extra cocktail but he disappeared and we couldn't get his attention. After our food arrived, I eventually had to go to the host station to ask him to get us a glass of wine. No one checked on us while we were eating to offer another glass of wine - and no one showed up timely to clear our plates or offer dessert or more drinks. By the time he showed up again we were frustrated and ready to leave. In any case, I assume he was stretched too thin, and we will still be back, and hopefully it will be better next time.
