Ordered a Delivery order through Door Dash on my first time ever trying them out. I spent $40.00 andmy order was missing ingredients. I called them directly because they are the ones that prepared the food. I told the person who answered the phone about my concern and he hung up on me intentionally. I was very nice and polite with him. I immediately called back again and told him we had got disconnected. He told me to call back to talk to the manager about it after they were closed. This is not a very good way to grow clientele! He didn't even offer to make it right! So you overcharge me, hang up on me, and disregard my concern as a new business owner?!? Wow! I will NOT BE ORDERING THERE AGAIN! VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE!

We got, Chicago style hotdog, chili and cheese with onions hotdog, Italian style hotdog, philly cheesesteak, loaded waffle fries and regular waffle fries. Philly cheesesteak straight up NO! Loaded waffle fries & regular waffle fries were decent. Now everything else was so damn good!! Made up for the cheesesteak! Not really expensive!!
