The young lady offered to give a free dish as I couldn't return same day, manager gets on the phone and accused me of lying after I sent pics of uneaten food and literally just left 20min. He refused all solutions given which were nothing more than to recover my 5.99 for meat I didn't receive

The fried rice was nasty, clumpy, I had white rice mixed with light rice. I couldn't even say the seasoning was good. The color of the rice was wrong. Yuk 🤢 Yum yum sauce is not seasoning. Never again

I went Friday night, around 9ish. I purchased Hibachi chicken fried rice with the vegetables I noticed when I got home the chicken was dry. The vegetables were overcooked and the rice was dry. I ate a little that night but Saturday I finished it all and I’ve been sick ever since.

Whatever you do, don't get the the 2 Philadelphia roll combo because it is half as big as you expect. I had to get another item to fill me up. The only thing worth getting is something on the hibachi grill menu. Also, if you are staying to eat, it will be loud.

Mt. Fuji has become one of our go-to places for dinner. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the staff are very nice and generous
You can tell they really care, the sushi is always spot-on, and the hibachi meals are delicious and filling. It’s a good spot where we always feel comfortable.
I recommend the chicken hibachi, it’s so cheap compared to other places only 11.99 on the menu. Make sure to ask for their yum yum sauce it’s soooooo good. The guy up front was very helpful and gracious pointing at all the best things on the menu.
If you're in Louisville and love good Japanese food, you won’t be disappointed here.

I came here for dinner for the family ordered multiple meals when I got to my dinner I asked extra steak and if they could put it in a separate container the manager JAMES was very rude saying they won’t put the steak in the container separately but will add it in my food how unprofessional when I’m paying never again they need better management
