My Favorite Muffin, East Louisville: Talk about top notch customer service! I reached out at 9:00 PM (they close at 6:00 PM) for a next day, 6AM order of 12 dozen mini muffins. I received an immediate response and my order was ready just 8 hours later. Betsy, thank you for helping me in a pinch. Your muffins are amazing, as well as you and your employees!

The order was ready on time. I can say that, but 85-90% of the 3 dozen muffins I ordered were burnt (see photos). They were for an event early tomorrow morning and now I have to figure something else out. While the staff were polite and friendly, one was sitting on the counter where orders are prepared and she remained there the entire time I was in the store, which seemed unprofessional and unsanitary.

My Favorite Muffin is a hidden gem of Louisville. Wonderful with coffee on a weekend morning. Excellent quality, great selection, regular & mini sizes. My favorites are Coffee Cake, Butterscotch and Chocolate Chip. A Great Place.
