is exactly that: bold, hearty, and clearly crafted by a generous artisan. Ate on the patio with a familiar sparrow as my silent companion. Payne Street Bake House nails it: great food, warm vibes, and just a wee bit of magic.

Visited for lunch with a party of four. This is my wife's kind of food! Bagels of all kinds, but very high prices. Meals for three of our four (sandwiches, chips, drinks, and deserts) was north of $60 before tip. $60+!!!. Tasty, but wow it hurt!
