We had dinner at Osteria and were lucky enough to be served by Emily... From start to finish, she was attentive, warm, and incredibly thoughtful. She anticipated our needs without hovering, made excellent suggestions, and truly elevated our evening. It's rare to encounter someone who turns a meal into a memory — we'll absolutely be requesting her again!
Our waiter, Jack was the best! We had a slow, relaxing meal and he was very helpful with selections. The food was outstanding!!!! I had the scallops and it was delish. and the cookies for dessert - OMG!!!
The service and food was excellent. It was happy hour in the bar area so I told the manager and hostess that I wanted to go to the outside bar to get a drink before I went to my table. ( I was 15 minutes early for my reservation.) The manager tried twice to discourage me from going to get a drink at the bar, saying it was too crowded. There were actually two open seats at the bar and at least two open tables in the bar area! I had a drink in my hand at the bar within...
