We highly recommend the hot brown tots and triple crown for sharing plates, along with the solid beer selection.
Broccoli soup was thick mush, no soup consistency and wasn't warm. Server was inattentive and we only got one refill of drinks. It was 45 minutes to get food with less than 13 people in the restaurant and entirely too many servers. They can be better and need to be.
Located inside the Omni hotel. Restaurant seems understaffed, service was slow. Nice decor. The food is good. Overall the experience was average.

The service and ambiance were wonderful. My chicken was just a little over-cooked, but I will definitely go back. They are so friendly there, thoroughly enjoyed it.
got the cocoa kissed steak and it was pretty terrible girlfriend got the goddess of love salmon and it was just some regular salmon and rice but cost $42
If the service time was as amazing as the food I'd have been the happiest customer they'd ever had. Waited 20 minutes for our drinks and there wasn't but 15 people in the restaurant. However the food was amazing so overall we left happy.
Just solid YUCK 🤮 the food quality was terrible. Visualize egg noodles with ketchup. Fish and Chips so greasy they had to be sent back. Service was nonexistent. Waited 20 minutes for check, had to ask hostess for it . Truly terrible basically so bad couldn’t eat

Came here with some friends, using an OpenTable reservation. We were seated right away. We sat at a booth that felt pretty small for four adults. Our waiter was nice and came by pretty quickly for drink orders.
The menu was unremarkable, and a pretty random mix of things. I chose the fish and chips, which were pretty good if also unremarkable. Everyone commented on liking the fries, so those were a high point.
The decor was also just kind of unremarkable. In general it was a pretty average experience. Fine for a one-off dinner but it didn't really stand out.

My husband and I arrived about an hour and half before closing. Our server was AMAZING but the food and beverage left much to be desired. I got a Maker's with ginger beer, but all I could taste was the ginger beer—not really what I was looking for at $22. I then ordered Delmonico steak, medium. The meal was supposed to come with creamed spinach and potatoes. I received the potatoes but not the creamed spinach. So I was already down one side. Then the steak was rare to medium-rare, but also very very chewy and bland. I ate what I could, which was less than half. Our server recognized that the meal was less than ideal and discounted the $47 meal by 15%. I appreciate her so very much. I was just very disappointed since this was the first time in months my husband and I were able to get away together without the kids. We wanted a fantastic, mid-priced meal, in a casual and trendy atmosphere. The atmosphere was great, our server was wonderful, so was the chatting with my husband without two toddlers vying for attention, but that was about it.

They don't have a restroom but there is one close by. Unfortunately the bathroom close to them was out of service so it was a hike to the restroom on the other side of the hotel. The bathroom was such a hike and so crowded that our food came while we were gone and it got cold. So I had $30 cold chicken. My wine glass also had an old lipstick smudge around the rim. Seemed a little overpriced for quality of experience

Host was excellent and our server as well. We ordered a salad which was very good. My wife ordered the chicken and i went with the steak. The steak was cooked just to my liking. The chicken came out and there was a hair in the food. We asked for a new plate and truely believe we were just given a replated piece of chicken. The damage had been done and the food was un edible at that point. Did not receive a discount or have item removed from ticket. I would not come back nor would i recommend to visitors.

My husband and I recently ate at Neighborhood Services and were so impressed. We love dining at the Omni, but Neighborhood Services was a first for us. I had the salmon and it was SOOO good. Cocktails were awesome. Our server was so kind. She made us feel right at home! Dining out can be so hit or miss anymore. This spot is going to be a mainstay for us. We can't wait to return for brunch!

We had a great experience. Walked in with small party and our waiter/Manager was awesome. He explained the menu and helped with Dietary restrictions. He was very friendly and I would recommend this place to any and everyone.

Loved my meal here and the service was remarkable! The ambiance was great but the food was even better. I ordered a chicken sandwich w fries and it was delicious. The BBQ NACHOS and the tater tots appetizer were two of my favorite apps that we had ordered the other night.
