The service from the person who was helping me was great. But to sit there and watch another worker talk to their mother or somebody and give them free donuts while there's eight people in line was really kind of infuriating. This happens a lot at this place when they have younger people working there I don't know what's happened. Fortunately the Donuts are still great

I'm so disappointed in the customer service. I have tried several times to call in early to place an order for the next day or two to plan ahead and I get told no and to call or come in in the morning. I can't get there at the crack of dawn, and I'm only asking for simple things not anything over the top. Once I had an order for a pick up and they called me before my set pick up time wanting to know if I was coming because they sold out of things and wanted my order. As much as I love the products I don't appreciate the lousy customer service. I know you won't miss my business! Thanks a lot for nothing!

This was our last stop to try while in Louisville for 3 days and we absolutely LOVED it. The woman was so sweet to us and gave us a couple extra donuts that we HAD to try (her words). I've been going to Nord's for years. Congrats on winning best doughnuts in Kentucky. The chocolate icing on their chocolate doughnuts are by far the best I've ever had. Rich chocolate flavor. Glazed, pecan danish, jelly, custard, sugared long John's, and the chocolate long John's with chopped peanuts amoung my favorite. Street parking can be a little tricky. Service is usually pretty good.

Did not plan on going to the bakery until I met someone who works in the back and he recommended I stop by and give it a try. Amazing doughnuts. I showed up just as they opened on Sunday and before I left, parking was filling up and people were in the shop enjoying freshly made doughnuts. I went all chocolate and a 4+ hour drive later - 3 happy kids. Love the shop, appreciate the staff - just wish I lived a little closer. One of my first stops next time I'm in Louisville. Thanks Rob! We are visiting the area and are big doughnut lovers. We absolutely had to try this adorable corner shop and I am so happy we did. Not only do they provide quality baked goods but I felt like I was talking to family. The hospitality of every single person in this bakery is off the charts.
