This place has an amazing history - Birthplace of the legendary 'Mimosa Boys' - one of the most highly-regarded men's group in the Louisville area. The Mimosa Boys forever changed Louisville through their tremendous contributions to the community and were one of the primary reasons for the great Champagne shortage of 2018.

Holy cow. The every best salmon dish I've ever eaten. There with a large group and received excellent service from Sarah! Apps were excellent. The creme brulee was perfection. I wish I lived here.... I'd be a regular!

In Louisville for weekend and decided to find a unique place for Sunday breakfast. North End Cafe did not disappoint! Very friendly folks and delicious food. We enjoyed biscuits & gravy, cornmeal buttermilk pancakes and mimosas. Great mix of locals and tourists made for a wonderful experience.

We had the pleasure of having their breakfast recently and it was great! The migas were delicious! The staff was friendly and attentive. The place is very cute and clean. The price was great for all the food as well! Recommend when you need breakfast in the area! You won't be disappointed.

Had an awesome breakfast for 8 of us yesterday, celebrating our twin grandsons' 16th birthday. For pancake-loving teenagers, their parents and grandparents, this was the perfect spot. We got in promptly and Tiffany was an awesome server...she walked a couple of our folks through their questions and even found some peanut butter for one of us to spread on the pancakes! Great atmosphere and terrific food. Would go there again next time we are in Louisville.

Thanks so much! We cater as well, we can deliver...business lunches, dinners, events, both on and off premises.

Great staff. Good tastes great. Tiffany was amazing. Meat omelet, and a specialty pancake (blueberry cream cheese). The cornmeal buttermilk pancake tasted better than I would think. I certainly wound return.

Despite hovering between 3 and 4 stars, North End Cafe does a great job of romanticizing the thought of something as simple as lunch. I absolutely love the vibe in that place! Great lighting combined with comfortable seating make it easy to want to stay awhile. One possible downfall I'd like to note is even through the service is friendly, it is not always timely. I only stop in here if I know I don't have to hurry out. It's the perfect place to catch up with an old friend or take your laptop and get some work done. As a vegetarian the food is great! The last time I stopped in I started off with the Potato Cheese Fritters. Normally I wouldn't start off with something like this but I was with a friend who wanted to try them. I was pleasantly surprised by the bold flavor of the hot pepper jam that came with it but my recommendation would definitely be the Hummus. As for vegetarian and vegan options this place definitely isn't lacking. For my entree I ordered the Vegan Reuben which was A+ comfort food. It's so refreshing to see a variety of vegan options at a place that doesn't specialize in only vegan food. North End Cafe is worth checking out because of it's laid back and homey feel!

This place was worth three visits in three days! Tiffany was super personable and went above and beyond for us! Her son was also very helpful too! We tried a few different breakfast meals and they were all tremendous! The hearty breakfast was so filling and included many of the items on the menu! We will definitely return next time we are in Louisville!!

I feel like overall my trip to Louisville has let me down food wise. I went here for a brunch while in town with my friend and found the food a bit lacking. I got a breakfast taco, a vegan taco, and a cup of fruit. First off, these were burritos misnamed as tacos. The fillings had sounded good but the way they were prepared left me with an overpowering sense of same. The breakfast taco was basically all egg and none of the other flavors shown through, the vegan taco was the same but with black beans. I literally had to poir these out since that was all you could taste. There was no pineapple or onion in there. I wish the flavors had been more proportional overall. I liked their chocolate milk though.
