I go about once a week to once every 2 weeks. If you love cake, this is the place to go. The bundtlets are the best. I got an 8 inch cake once, and it was good, but somehow the bundtlets are better, more moist and softer. Go get some.

I love the gluten free mini bundts!! And the staff is always friendly.

My daughter & I walked in here with 15 mins to spare until closing (I was aware so as to be courteous & hurry). This was today (4/13/25). This was our very first visit to this chain ever. We were excited & knew exactly what we wanted. The girl at the register was so incredibly rude, almost as if we had ruined her day to walk in that near to closing. I could not even begin to express how disappointed I was in the service. The cakes were fantastic but the service was so poor that I will NOT recommend this location. Take your attitude elsewhere. Get a new job because you absolutely do not deserve this one. And this is literally for the gal working register, NOT the gal cleaning the front door windows. Her job is not deserved.

Cakes were moist. Employees were dry with a side of bitterness.

Since my daughter was born, I’ve signed up for rewards using her birthday so that we could always grab things and make her day special. We’ve come to the same location down the street from our home and today the staff refused our birthday offer because my ID doesn’t match the accounts date and name. She’s three years old. This is something we’ve always done. I spend money year-round without additional rewards are downloading their new app and they would not honor the email for the birthday freebie because she isn’t 18 even though I am the account holder. Very disappointed will definitely be going down Shelbyville Road to the other location even though it’s farther.

Every year I get a Happy Birthday email from Nothing Bundt Cakes. I get a free Bundt. Not this year. I never just get a free bundt. I always make a purchase as well. I always take a picture of my email offer and present it. The young man would not accept it. I'm in the club. Could he not look me up? I don't keep emails on my phone. The fine print says to print out or show your mobile device to redeem. Very disappointed. P.S. I really enjoy the Bundt Cakes.

Sent a free cake email to my wife for her birthday. She printed it out and sent me out on a cold day so she could stay home on her birthday. They wouldn’t let me pick it up. She “must come in person and show her ID to get it”. You don’t understand how business works. Makes us both not want to come there again1-22-24 updated -Regarding your response: So there are local laws that prohibit you from giving this tiny little cupcake to a husband of the wife who's birthday gift it is? Do Tell! is your stance that I hacked her email? I just happened to have the same last name? & a business card with both our pictures on it? Sure! I see this obvious scam you caught me running. we'll spend our money elsewhere. too dumb to do business with

Customer service was great! Very professional with my wife and I. The varieties of cakes you get here is amazing and the cakes themselves are so delicious and well made. Been getting cakes from here for awhile and I don't see that changing any time soon.
