Sent a free cake email to my wife for her birthday. She printed it out and sent me out on a cold day so she could stay home on her birthday. They wouldn’t let me pick it up. She “must come in person and show her ID to get it”. You don’t understand how business works. Makes us both not want to come there again1-22-24 updated -Regarding your response: So there are local laws that prohibit you from giving this tiny little cupcake to a husband of the wife who's birthday gift it is? Do Tell! is your stance that I hacked her email? I just happened to have the same last name? & a business card with both our pictures on it? Sure! I see this obvious scam you caught me running. we'll spend our money elsewhere. too dumb to do business with

Customer service was great! Very professional with my wife and I. The varieties of cakes you get here is amazing and the cakes themselves are so delicious and well made. Been getting cakes from here for awhile and I don't see that changing any time soon.

Spent nearly $100 on 3 dozen Buntinis. Just wanted to take one out and put it in a single box. Flat refused. You can only get them in a dozen box. If you want a single you'll have to buy another one. Horrible customer service. Will never go back. Just wanted a box. Pathetic.

I’m obsessed with their gluten free chocolate chip cake. To me, the texture is very similar to regular cake. Soft, moist and flavorful! My husband also enjoys their regular cake flavors. Great addition to any party or get-together. While this is a franchise, I’m impressed with their quality and customer service.

When I called the first time I had great experience when placing my order but it was this call that was not the best. I was calling to make a final payment for my wedding and I’m not sure if it was Oliver, Olivia. But when it came to breaking down my invoice there were errors made from their team that if I didn’t call it out would have paid my deposit twice for a deposit I already made. As you can imagine a bride is already stressed closer she gets, and the sorry afterwards was so non chalant. Like, Sorry for that.I am hoping when we pick up the cakes, there’s a bit more excitement because she just seemed annoyed.

Always delicious!! No matter what town. lol! I was visiting my family over the holidays and stumbled across this gem tucked away in a newly constructed plaza. The staff was SUPER friendly and welcoming. Everything was so bright and cakes were neatly decorated on display. Although there was a steady flow of traffic from walking in to walking out, our wait time for about 10 mini Bundt cakes was less than 5 minutes. And they were so delicious and moist. I had a bite of each one.
