Great atmosphere and service! The wine selection is pretty good overall but I do wish they had a richer selection for some varietals like Sauvignon Blanc though. Given it's a spot for wine enthusiasts, I was a little let down by how trimmed up the selections were in some cases.
Edit due to Response from Owner: They really do have a great wine selection and, yes, there is a big wall full of wine. I should've clarified that the by-the-glass options were somewhat trimmed up. I'm also a major fan of Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand and there weren't any options. I did work with the staff (very knowledgeable) to find an great substitute.

First time here and wow — what a place! Low key, chill vibes, and exactly what I was hunting for: an outdoor patio where I could drink something nice, enjoy good company and good atmosphere.
The staff? Super friendly. The other patrons? Also delightful — not a single weird stare, which is rare for me. Big bonus points for the sign out front: 21+ only, no kids allowed. Look, I love kids… from a distance… in theory. But sometimes adults just need a place to be adults. This patio is it.
The waterfall and garden in the back were like the final garnish on a very well-made cocktail. It felt like I stumbled into a secret garden that also serves beer.
Lastly, and a pro tip before you go: The bathroom doors slide. I repeat — they slide. Do not push!
Bottom line: go. You’ll love it.

Nouvelle Bar and Bottle is an absolute gem! The staff was fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu, each pour, and the overall experience with passion and expertise. The wine list is hands down the best bubbles menu in the city, offering an incredible selection you won’t find anywhere else.
An added bonus? You purchase a bottle (or three) of your favorite—such a killer addition to an already outstanding experience! The food was just as impressive, with thoughtful pairings that elevated our drinks. The charcuterie and chocolate plate were both perfect choices.
Whether you're a champagne lover or just looking for a unique and welcoming spot, Nouvelle is a must-visit. Can’t wait to go back!

What an unexpected find while on a work trip. As an aspiring somm, I was blown away by the impressive wine list, inviting atmosphere, and beautiful design. The best part? The bartenders, Scott & Scott, were incredibly knowledgeable and kind, making wine approachable and fun without any pretension. They were full of great conversation, and I stayed longer than planned because the experience was just that good! Whether you're a wine novice or a seasoned enthusiast, this place is for you. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

When we first arrived a waitress let us know where we could and couldn’t sit. Once a group left the patio area we decided on the outside area. There were several glasses and trash at the table but no one never came out to clean the table. So, when are 1 drink arrived and we ordered 2. We asked the waiter could he clean the table he then directed us to where the garbage was located. The staff was rude and the drinks tasted like drink mix ?. I will never give this establishment a dime of my money. I can say this the venue was beautiful but the culture of the staff made it horrible!Beware!!!

Poor experience started when they let us know they don’t update their website menu and couldn’t serve a drink that was shown on it. House old fashioned was served in a wine glass with a million ice cubes. Who makes an old fashioned like that? Only had two ten dollar drinks on my tab when I closed out, yet they for some reason decide to put a $50 charge down on my card. Was appalled they used that archaic practice, despite trying to seem so progressive with whatever the old fashioned was they served me.
