O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

The service was very good. The waitress was great! Food was fresh, hot, and delicious.The restaurant building is in great need of a complete cleaning and upgrades. Old food on the window seal and worn cushions.

We were regulars at O Charleys before the pandemic. We decided to try it again tonight. Our favorite chicken strips smelled like they had been burned. We were told if they did not taste bad we should go ahead and eat them. The service was bad. The servers were over worked and they could not keep up. We may try it again after a long wait. We had to wait a very long time for drinks and service.

Restaurant was clean. Service was excellent. Wait staff was very friendly. Food was good

Haven't been there for over year, had a bad experience then thought I give them another shot. Bad decision...they were out of just about everything on the menu. The roll were flat a doughy, the service was the best of this visit. And it wasn't great. But in the defense of the waitress I think she was truly trying. Won't be back!

Desperately understaffed and it's hurting the quality and overall brand. I watched a couple who wanted dine in wait at the hostess staion for 10 minutes. They left without ever being seen.Got a family dinner that was to feed 6. The sides were skimpy, but they made up with the volume of chicken tenders. Unfortunately, the tenders were over cooked. And they gave 2 rolls. Sad. I used to love this place, but I stooped coming a while back due to service. And tonight I was reminded.

This ocharleys it was the best meal and the friendliest good down home service of any meal I've had in a long while. The steak was seared and had a delicious taste, as did the fried chicken tenders they literally melt in your mouth.

O Charlie's is one of our favorite places to eat, we even had our wedding dinner there, but went there Tuesday evening and the usual service was missing, our waitess seemed hurried and distressed, she took our drink orders and brought them to the table but never came back for our food order until we asked another waitess, then she rushed off before I could even tell her my sides. We were never offered a drink refill. I had to ask for my salad when the rest of the food arrived, then the salad was lettuce, croutons and 1 slice of cucumber.

Went to eat at this location because the Springhurst location is closed. Walked in the door and there were two girls waiting for a table. The host was walking around aimlessly. The restaurant was not anywhere close to even half full. The host told us there would be about a 20 minute wait because the servers couldn’t handle anymore tables. We asked about the tables in the bar area and the bartender said we would have to wait for one of those tables too. He had nobody at the bar and only one table sat in the bar area. I’ve never seen such a horrible and unprofessional staff in my life. I worked in restaurants for almost 20 years and have never seen such a lazy and unprofessional staff. The health rating was a B so we decided to leave and go to a different restaurant all together. I never leave ratings for restaurants but this was just so crazy bad I felt it necessary to warn others.

I don't know if they were short staffed or what, but people were coming in & out of the kitchen wearing blue jeans and other street clothes. We only saw one waitress trying to serve tables, greet the customers, seat them and handling take out orders. Food was decent. They were out of french fries. Several tables were dirty. This was at lunch time. We only saw a couple of cars in the parking lot when we went in. Now we know why. Service was not good. We will think twice before going back.

Great Service , Good Food chop streak taste great , mashed potatoes was good too.

Amazing wait staff! Our server Alisha was friendly and did a great job. Our food was hot and prepared correctly. Over all, I would say it was a perfect dining experience.

I ordered the prime rib to go. It was absolutely horrible. Grey and chewy, I should have known better. Maybe it might have been better if I had it to order.

Great service.Restaurants are just happy to have customers. Tip extra.Things will get better. Our numbers will improve. Now maybe if someone fall off a 20 story building it won't be called a covid death.I feel so sorry for people that have lost family members, their jobs and so much more.It also took care of Trump's great economy.Convenient for China and the dumbocrats,Wasn't it.
