O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Our sever Lexi was amazing. Took our orders fast and she made very tasty drinks. Apps and food come out hot and delicious. Overall a really good dinning experience.

Kim the bartender is excellent! But unfortunately the restaurant is very very dated and almost every time I have been there my shoes stick to the floor, I really wish that they would update this facility I truly don't think there's been anything done to this place since it was built many years ago, I enjoy it because I like to set at the bar on a Thursday evening when they have trivia have a bite to eat it's extremely reasonable and the bartender Kim is excellent but unfortunately I don't really invite any friends there with me because it's so dated and the bathrooms are terrible looking there's old worn out looking flowers in there and my shoe stick to the floor when you walk around through the restaurant it's a shame that the company does not do anything to this place

Crazy how this is the only standing o Charley’s left in Louisville and their service/food is terrible. Best to eat elsewhere. Took over 10 minutes just to get drinks ordered and it’s not like they were busy.

I paid over $12.00 for my food and the barley gave me fries. They always got a tip jar out but barley give you food

Waitress did a great job. As for everything else, well you can see why none are around anymore. Food was not great. Restrooms were disgusting. The decor is old, and not a good retro way. I realized why I hadn't been there in years, and I wasted three perfectly good $20 dollar bills.

Little dude working the front gave my girlfriend attitude at 549pm and hes refusing to bring food out to anybody in the pick up section 3 other people had to go in and grab their food.

The soup was cold buns where not that big butter had no taste chicken had flavoe

service was slow with only 3 tables being occupied and somehow our food was warm at best. This was my first and last time eating there. My 91 year old grandfather was so disgusted that he wouldn't touch his food and just wanted to leave on his birthday! Very disappointed!

The salmon and tenders were great! It was a pleasant experience. I had not been there in a long time. The rolls were huge and just like i remember them! They also have trivia on thursdays!
