O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

We got our order through a third party delivery service so I cannot comment on the atmosphere of the restaurant. However, I called the restaurant to ask politely for forks and ketchup and the person answering laughed and said, “Ok I will tell them.” No surprise we didn’t get any ketchup for the fries. The baked potato was not done and was therefore not edible. My husband’s chicken tenders were very good and the only thing saving this review as a 3 star. My steak quesadilla was mediocre.

Ordered a steak medium rare, it came out raw in the center so asked politely if they could throw it back on a little longer. Came out well done which honestly seems intentional. Seems like O’Charleys only has the good cooks on Night Shift. Don’t waste your time going here any time before 6.

They had to recook the steak. But look how thin this thing is! I was amazed he got it this perfect the second attempt. What a pro!
The good: atmosphere! Everyone is so friendly. Everyone was having fun. The food was decent.
The bad: they had to try twice on the steak but they got there in the end.
The ugly: nothing. Great place. I'd go back. And they do trivia!

Food was good. Great take out deal. Staff was kind and helpful. Only problem was food took a long time to be ready, almost an hour. It was $5 tender meal night for takeout. I think they were just overwhelmed with orders.
