We will never go back there again. I ordered the 12oz sirloin steak with fried okra and rice pilaf. I ordered my steak medium. It came out clearly much less than 12 oz...more like 6oz and well done. The rice pilaf was extremely salty. I sent the steak back and the rice pilaf. The second steak came out medium to medium well. Horrible and tasteless. I substituted the rice pilaf for Mac and cheese...not good. They got rid of the free pie Wednesday promotion. And the fried okra? I'm belching it an hour later.

We won't be back.

We had great service from our server Stephanie, attentive and friendly. My steak was done just how I ordered it, and my kid loved the new mac n’ cheese so much that we ordered seconds.

Went with my 80 year old father, daughter and husband for a quick dinner to OCharleys today. The only complaint is about our server. Food was a good, expected quality and easygoing atmosphere made it pleasant experience. The only ( but it’s a big one) negative remark is about our server. The young lady in her 20s was in no rush to bring us anything, I had to specifically ask for bread rolls 20 minutes after we’ve placed a full order dinner for 4. The restaurant wasn’t busy so slow and inattentive service was puzzling. But it’s not what made me to raise my eyebrows at the end. My father was paying a bill and it was $91 and change that he put on his card, after it he produced $100 bill and asked a server to bring $80 back , implying that $20 was a tip ( overly generous for this type of service but my father is a generous man). The surprise happened when the server lady gave him $60 back without even acknowledging how much she brought. To my question and surprise where another $20 went, she stated that she heard “ bring back $60”. The audacity to even suggest that, my father spoke very clearly , and the audacity to think that $40 is a deserved tip on $90 bill for poor service is … unexpected, to say the least. She produced the missing $20, without any kind of apology and the attitude written all over her face. We always tip in cash, and appreciate hardships of a server’s job, I worked a server through college, but that’s was a very uncomfortable and unexpected experience.

Ordered steak and ribs ask for the steak to be cooked medium. it was so burnt that I could not eat it. New steak came out when we were ready to leave. No refills on drinks had to ask for rolls. We did not know that is was free pie Wednesdsy. Waitress was not very friendly Overall all it was not a good place to eat. A waste of money.

Overall great place to eat! Service is great and the food is good as well.

We got our order through a third party delivery service so I cannot comment on the atmosphere of the restaurant. However, I called the restaurant to ask politely for forks and ketchup and the person answering laughed and said, “Ok I will tell them.” No surprise we didn’t get any ketchup for the fries. The baked potato was not done and was therefore not edible. My husband’s chicken tenders were very good and the only thing saving this review as a 3 star. My steak quesadilla was mediocre.
