We stopped To check out the brunch and we ordered bacon sausage eggs and biscuits. The eggs were horrible. They were big chunks. I believe they were powdered eggs. they were not good. The bacon was not cooked all the way through and sausage had a funny taste. The meal was disgustingly horrible. Fire the chef!

The waitress put on BATH & BODY WORKS (perfume lotion) just before severing my plate..Since she had it on her hands, it was now on plate, and the smell became an oder..I couldn't enjoy my food, because perfume is my nose..I complained to the waitress. I didn't make a big deal over it.. I didn't request the managers.. I paid full price for my food and even ordered food to go. This was the 2nd time going this year (2024). 2nd complaint!I will not be returning.

The food was decent. But the service I got from my server Kristina was amazing. She was super nice and she stayed on top of the drinks and any other stuff we asked her to do for us. I think there should be more servers in the restaurant industry that works and nice like Kristina. Thank you Kristina at the O'Charley's off hikes lane, Louisville,KY for your dedication to your job and the hard work you did for me and my family.
The service was great. However, the new item lobster quesadilla was extremely disgusting. The texture was off and the combination just doesn't work. The lobster taste like it came in frozen in salt water. They should remove that item immediately and stay out of the seafood world. Also, the table size for a group of four was really bad we felt like we were eating on top of each other.
Always love coming here been here twice with my boyfriend and service was absolutely fantastic can't wait to go

The food was just ok... my tenders were chewy, and the fries were soggy. The service was good once we got service. We were in a booth against the dirtiest wall I have ever seen. There was dried food all over it. We won't be back.

I went into O’Charley’s last night for dinner. I orders the burger and chicken tenders combo meal. The dinner rolls you get when you get sat are really nice and they give you butter on the side. The waiter i had was really nice and was friendly and fast. When the food came it wasnt a long wait only about 5-8 minutes and when the food got there it was really nice and hot and tasted really good and it was overall just a really nice experience
Phew this place has gone downhill, if you like your food with a side of sass, go for it. Waitstaff has become a sore spot and expecting a tip for a takeout order? Please, take a seat. Making a rude comment because you didn’t get one, talk about a way to lose business. No wonder all the others have gone out of business.
