Rude employees and slow service poor customer communication

It’s absolutely amazing how everyone working here as a server or bartender can completely ignore people standing to be seated or to pick up carry out. This place had devolved into the drizzlin sharts. The food, lackluster and cafeteria like. No other options but to defecate in the floor of the men’s room to show my disgust.

By far the worst and slowest restaurant in Louisville and I've been in some bad places. The attitude of the workers are terrible and there is no use ordering online so it will be ready when u go to pick it up, u might as well order at the restaurant because u will wait a long time no matter what u do. This place used to be awesome, but now, I honestly don't know how they are still in business

Don’t do it - for months Ive ordered 1 or 2 times week curbside carry out - only 2 times has it been brought out. I don’t mind going in to get it - I do mind waiting 12 minutes after the online order time - my lunch is only 30 minutes & it’s wasted constantly waiting for a salad from here - so I get hot salad with cold chicken - today I just threw it away and wasted the remainder of my lunch writing this review - it’s ridiculous that they have so little value- or is it that I’ve already tipped them so they’re in no hurry - either way last time I waste my time at this location

Great staff, clean restaurant, easy in or out. Food prices were a bit higher than expected for what we got. But food was done well. Rolls were really good

Thank you so much Angi for the great customer service. The food was perfect and so welcoming. I love that I can ask for a medium rare steak and it comes out exactly as I asked. The prices are great and it is huge inside. Plenty of space for family get together ❤

My son recommended that we gather together here at O’Charley’s after we landed coming from Colorado because he said the food is great. Coming from the West, I haven’t heard of this restaurant before, but after dinner, my wife and I was quite pleased with our meal. The staff was highly courteous and professional and provided the COVID guidelines, I was very pleased with how this facility operated considering the circumstances. Additionally, this restaurant was well maintained and presented cleanliness at all times. I highly recommend others to visit and enjoy a well prepared meal.

Good food. There was only one waiter who was doing a good job being by himself.

Was not worth talking about took one hour to get the food that is not good to many places to go and eat need alot of improving would have to think about eating there again

Overall not a great experience that is typical of O'Charley's brand. Our server was polite and demonstrated manners, management was understanding and offered comps on the ticket.

Pretty sure they have no sense of urgency or order accuracy. Placed an order that had a 7:00pm pick up time for Door Dash. The driver didn't get the order until 7:30pm. I recommend not ordering online or carryout either based on the other reviews.

We've had great experiences every time we've come! Everyone here is really nice and willing to do a little extra. Most importantly: this location's rolls are ALWAYS on point, unlike other locations I've visited. They're soft, sweet, and buttery - never dry or hard.

Good food good service would recommend it to anyone.

Food was great, service was wonderful, and staff were smiling and laughing. Great atmosphere to be in. Our visit started with a smile and being seated, and ended with a smile, a slice of apple pie, and a drive safe, come back and visit us again wish.. we will be sure to visit again when we are in town.
